The check-in process was smooth. The room was well-prepared- it had everything I needed for a one-night stay. I was pleased to also find a small desk, small table and also an armchair in the room. The bathroom was large and clean. The location is excellent for people wishing to travel via Jena West train station.

I did not like the small cover this time, i felt cold during the night!

This is the third time i booked here. Everything is good so far , the staff are very nice, they have a small fridge so you can buy anything and keep it there and also they have cattle ,cups and tea .

Only minor issues - An older building with mainly stairs access to the room and a large bundle of keys to carry around. No air-conditioning meant the room was quite hot in summer, though opening all windows and the door let the air pass through for reasonable sleeping temperature.

Very close to the train station and walking distance to the city centre. Friendly staff and easy check-in (key from the locker in front) and check-out. Large room that was very interestingly decorated. Room was reasonably quiet once the windows were closed despite distance to main road.

I missed the night lamp next to bed. Room was pretty small, what may be problematic with longer stay. The kettle available in the corridor.

Very good, comfortable location in Jena, Close to city center, shops, restaurants. Walking distance to Paradies area: park, sport place, walking. Very good contact with Owner, who was helpful with all information.

I had booked a room with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge. However, the room I was given had none of these. Instead, fridge and kettle were located on a shared corridor and tea and coffee was available for a "donation" (= not included in the price). This was not a huge issue but the owners should be up front about it and not suggest that certain facilities are included in the (not cheap) room price when they are not.

Room was spacious, clean and in a good location, within a 10-minute walk from town centre and well-connected by bus to the train station. Good communication with owners despite lack of reception desk.

House keeping was a young lad who said he had looked in the key hole before knocking and waking guests. Tea making facilities in the room was a joke! One kettle for 4 rooms and a charge of €1.50 per cup

The property was very cozy!!!! I barely wanted to leave the location and I mostly stayed in the room! There is a mini fridge in the hallway where you can put your food (i put mine and it didn't get stolen, so no worries about that!). the location was great - since it is a small city, it was close to everything with a 10-15 minute walk! The host was amazing and very attentive, she answered fast to my demands! Near the hotel there is a small vietnamese restaurant and the food there is great! I stayed 5 days and everything was to my liking.

Mainly overpriced for a solo traveller, extra costs for parking, Next to street, noisy in the mornings (they provide Ohropax but for a donation...), no good blinder to darken the room, they insisted in calling me before check in even though all information could be shared in a message,

The host is flexible, calls even on Sundays, and is eager to meet guests expectations. The spacy bathroom, romantic bedroom for couples, and multiple door lock system make feel very safe!
