It was nice hotel, beautiful moutain view from balcony and friendly staff. I was a bit worried if it will be too hot during August because no air con. We opened the balcony door during the night and room temperature was ok for us

We loved everything!

The host, Ben, was beyond fabulous, the room was perfect and the breakfast was spectacular! We were able to get our laundry done while staying there which was a huge help. There was an honor system for beer, wine and other beverages….perfect!

Great stay at Pension Bavaria in Mittenwald. The owner of the Pension was truly friendly and always keen to help with information or ideas for hikes. The breakfast was great: fresh fruit and eggs, different kinds of bread included. The room was tidy, comfortable bed and had a balcony with mountain-view. I’d recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a calm and relaxing holiday. Thank you so much!

Clean and welcoming, this charming Pension offers modern comforts in a traditional setting. From my balcony I enjoyed a wonderful view of Mittenwald's beautiful mountain scenery. Notably the owners go out of their way to make one feel at home, while offering excellent suggestions about where to go walking and hiking. I would certainly return, and will recommend it to friends and family.

Benny was the most wonderfull host. He greeted us on the street on our arrival, asked us our preferences for activities and then helped us plan two days itinerary in and around Mittenwald. The room was great with a balcony and the breakfast was delicious (and a special mention to the hot chocolate).

Pension has been in family for years and they do an excellent job! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great in charming breakfast room. Location is perfect to walk to city center for dinner and to reach area attractions nearby. Great location overall. Beautiful view of the mountains too.

Pension Bavaria is a hidden gem. We were received by our host Benny with warmth and kindness. The room was very comfortable and we had a view of the surrounding mountains from the many windows. Every morning we were greeted with a fine German breakfast and a smiling Benny who chatted with every guest showing interest in what they did and what they planned for the day. He was full of detailed information of every hiking trail which can be done in the area. The location of the Pension is ideal as one can start the walk from there. We look forward to stay there again !

Very clean rooms and toilets, tasty breakfast(fresh breads every fay) very, very friendly owner. Always give tips for the day, recommends many good places to go. If we will be back in mittenwald again we will come back to pension Bavaria. Thank You

Parking was not straightforward as the only space was on a piece of grass at the front of the property.

Lovely pension property, located close to the centre of Mittenwald (5 min walk) & just around the corner from the local brewery. Benny (our host) could not have been more helpful & advised us well on places to go. Room 2 was very comfortable with a nice bathroom which has been recently freshly appointed. it also has a nice (compact) balcony with a pleasant outlook over the garden with a mountain view. Breakfast was very good.
