The structure of the building is from the 70ties(?) and not completely sound proof… Also overnight/early deliveries for the Paulaner restaurant below are causing of noise. No airco ( but fans for the hot summer days).

In the hyper centre of the city. Small hotel with a friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast.

No temperature control for the rooms so had to leave windows open making it noisy and smoke filters g into the room

The breakfast was amazing, most of the staff were brilliant. A couple of older ladies , clearly didn't want to be there and were obvious about it. Check in /check out was super simple. Brilliant location

The room was small with very little space for suitcases. There was too much light in the room from outside even with the curtains closed. Blinds would have been better.

This is a budget hotel and provides basic comfort but this is reflected in the price. Would definitely stay again.

The strength of this small hotel is its location. Really hard to imagine a better and more central spot.

The shower was high up to step in and out of: they provided a step but it was still a little tricky.

Nice view and clean. The restaurant and beer garden was excellent. The menu was good and the food was lovely. Really nice to sit out side just beside the cathedral. Was unusual and extremely nice.

Bathroom was a bit small and cramped with the door. Didn’t have bathroom amenities. I was charged 2€ more than calculated price on booking, even though the city tax was already included.

Clean and comfortable room at central location. Has most of the appliances needed. Has a nice german restaurant under it which makes good pork nuckles.

The elevator didn’t work so I had to carry my luggage up the stairs while being pregnant, also it doesn’t have AC so not recommended if you’re going to Frankfurt in the summer. The hotel felt a little old, it definitely looks better in the photos

The big issue we had with the hotel was that they don’t have air conditioning which is a fairly common thing in Germany, but when it was incredibly hot out, our room was also unbearably hot. We actually wound up leaving the hotel after dinner because it just wasn’t cooling down at all and went to a different hotel that had air conditioning.

The hotel was great, and the location is fantastic! The hotel is close to old city and has a fantastic restaurant attached, the food was really wonderful and obviously the Paulaner beer was excellent! The hotel clerk was very friendly and accommodating.

It was very warm no air conditioning, and the shower was hard to get in and out of , they had a footstool there but it was still tricky to manage

It’s difficult to sleep at night. Hot inside There is a restaurant on the first floor. People were sitting until late. And in the morning at 8 a.m. the church bell started ringing. We didn't get enough sleep. And there is no air conditioning in the room.

Lift broken, no airconditioning and unfortunately it was very hot, 36*C, so the room became very uncomfortable. A fan was provided. Our room 102 was directly above the restaurant so very noisy, but didn't bother us too much. Room was basic but clean.

Great location, good continental breakfast and the restaurant attached to the hotel was fantastic.
