We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe only thing I did not like was that half the breakfast was not fresh. The tomatoes and the meats did not appear fully fresh. The apples were always relatively old. One even had a huge brown decay spot. I reported this to the staff they said they receive fresh produce every second day. But what they receive just did not meet the normal standard of freshness that I am used to having travelled all over the world. We adapted by only eating yogurt and cereal and boiled eggs with bread which was fresh. We avoided the entire half of the table with meats and vegetables.
Room and location very good. Staff friendly. One was particularly helpful.

Czech RepublicThe first impression of the hotel was spoiled by an elderly lady at the reception who didn't speak English. Fortunately, one of the women in the queue at the reception helped handle the situation and acted as a translator. But what if she hadn't been there? The room was generally good, except that the WiFi barely worked. The network kept disappearing, and the signal was very weak. In addition, the pillows were terribly uncomfortable. The room itself had no air conditioning. Accordingly, the temperature inside was the same as outside. We were lucky with moderate temperatures around 20 degrees. But if it had been hot, I can't imagine how one could stay there. The pool is small but clean. Unfortunately, breakfasts were not included in the considerable room price, so I can't evaluate them. The hotel itself is located almost at the end of the beach line. There were many nudists in this area, which could be a problem for families with children. The beach itself is quite mediocre. At the waterline, there are stones mixed with sand. A bit further from the sea, it's all sand—it seems like it was once spread across the entire beach, but the sea washed it away at the edge, leaving only stones. The sun loungers were closed the whole time, so we couldn't use them. Overall, the hotel can only be praised for its cleanliness. In everything else, it's strongly mediocre. I definitely don't recommend it to foreign tourists who don't speak German.

It right in front of the beach you can hear the sounds of sea from your room its great. people are so nice and breakfast was great. all design is so nice.
