We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parkhotel is excellent place to stay in Oybin, perfectly and conveniently located. Rooms nice and comfortable, with beautiful view. Very helpful and friendly owners (with two cats ;-)). Tasty breakfast. Everything you may need.

Oybin is a hidden gem in Saxony, and this hotel truly underscores it – it’s a jewel. The owners are wonderful and go out of their way to fulfill every wish. The interior is tastefully decorated, the location is great – close to a natural swimming pool and ideal for trips in the area. The chef is excellent, complemented by quality wine. Rich breakfasts, spotless cleanliness, and easy parking complete the experience.

GermanyWe could not get a cup of coffee in the afternoon .(The host explained that they had tried coffee and cake, but it was not profitable). This meant a 10 minute walk to the village to the cafe there. Otherwise I cannot thinkof anything negative to write
Breakfast taken to order. No buffet. The hosts are extremely pleasant and did everything to please the guests. The hotel is tastefully furnished. There are 3 rooms where you can have breakfast or evening meal. Each room has its own atmosphere. The restaurant serves fresh, home-cooked meals. The quality if the food is high.
