Everything, this is am amazing hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. The facilities are excellent. We stayed for 4 nights, wish we had stayed longer. We will definately be back 🤗

No tea and coffee facilities in your room did ask at reception but was told no 'you don't have that'if this was included would have given 10 out of 10 even basic rooms should have tea and coffee making facilities,breakfast very expensive 29 euros each,so went elsewhere ,bar also very expensive, the hotel appears to have gone up market since we stayed there two years ago so if you want a brew don't book a basic room

The whole place was beautifully looked after. It was extremely clean. The staff we all wonderful especially Josh in the bar and Rama in the restaurant. We had dinner and breakfast there which was excellent. Great location too

This has to be the first hotel I have ever stayed in where we as guests could NOT get a table in the Restaurant for Dinner, I even tried to pre book the Restaurant and didn’t just spontaneously turn up. For me this was a real problem as we stayed at the Park for my Wife’s Birthday and would have very likely booked and stayed somewhere else for our Romantic Weekend. Sadly we had to travel to another restaurant for a Candlelight dinner. It was such a shame and kind of spoilt our near perfect Birthday Celebration. Other than that the Hotel Was Perfect and the Staff were fantastic.

The place is amazing and has everything a guest could hope for and the cocktail bar is great

Really great hotel with a convenient location! We only stayed one night as a stop-over while driving through Germany and it was perfect. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant and a quiet good night's rest in the well-equipped room. Check-in and check-out were exceptionally efficient. Being able to park the car for free in the garage was also very convenient.

Wifi was annoying to logging in constantly 1 night had a neighbour, could hear alot of noises. Without a neighbour was very serene. Not alot of parking, there is paid parking available.

Spent 2 nights in Gutersloh for business, had a beautifull and comfortable experience. Nice people, very big breakfast(was alot of difference though between morning 1 and 2 in choices).

Location is perfect! Just a three minute walk to the centre. Parking is easy as you can either use the hotel garage or park in the garage across the street. Both garages have reasonable parking rates. The sauna is available 24/7!

No kettle and complimentary tea in the room, travelled all over the world and never experienced this. No iron in the room.

The room was spotless, the staff were amazing and the hotel was beautiful.
