I have been twice in this hotel and it always exceed expectations. Arriving late is not a problem, it’s easy to get in, after 6pm. Our room this time was amazing, it was big and comfortable. Had a great view! Everything was súper clean.

The breakfast staff (two ladies) was friendly and helpful to the couples entering, but not very helpful or even very friendly to me (solo female US traveler). It was mostly indirect (like making an effort to be nice to the others, but ignoring me).

I did not expect it, but my room had a view of the ocean. The room and bathroom were very clean. There were no fancy toiletries and the furniture is standard fare for this part of Germany, but it was exceedingly clean and the bed was very good. I could only hear the neighbor on the other side (and he went to bed early); otherwise no noises.

We stayed in apartment and it was spacious, clean and had everything we need for our stay. Kitchen was well equipped with all required stuffs. The breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly.

Check out is relatively early, 10:30. Dog (upon request) tax 10€, which is average so ok.

The sauna area is really great, don't forget to request it in advance so staff can heat it up (12€/person/day). Only dry sauna available. The location is close to the sea, a 10 minute walk and very close to a big park area.

WiWi was very spotty and could not be relied on.

Breakfast was included in the price, and it was good. We were upgraded free-of-charge to a suite, which was very much appreciated. The staff were very friendly.

Everything was great.

Pretty hotel located very close to the walking area of Sassnitz Buffet breakfast was delicious. We got a room with ocean view. Front receptionist is extremely friendly and gave us great advice on what to do our last morning there.

This is a lovely seaside hotel with plenty of character. We were warmly welcomed and kindly allowed to check in a little early. Our room was huge, clean and comfortable, with a great sea view. It's also opposite a very nice park. We ate at a local restaurant which was a very short walk away and had great fun watching the Euro finals in our room with a few drinks from the we'll stocked 'mini bar'! Breakfast was delicious. A very sweet hotel with lots of cosy details and a real sense of history - we would stay again!

When we were there the wireless was not working well but we were assured that the means to fix this were in place and the problem would be corrected this weekend. If internet access is important to you, you might want to check that it’s fixed before you finalise your booking.

Our apartment - room 18- was excellent: large and airy with a view over the park across the road. The environment was exceptionally clean and orderly. Really wonderful hot shower with plenty of space to enjoy it. Breakfast was abundant and included a great selection of items. Was great to have very easy parking available at the hotel as parking is at a premium in Sassnitz.

The sauna was not working during my stay which was a little disappointing but these things happen. My WiFi was also not working so well. I got my computer to connect by my phone kept saying there wasn't internet

The breakfast was awesome. The staff was so polite and accommodating. They had a community fridge with snacks and beverages for guests and I always love when they do that. Parking on site was also a huge help. Jasmund national forest is right across the street from the hotel and the beach was less than a 10 min walk away. I got a delcious fish and chips dinner after walking along the pier and up to the chalk cliffs. Afterwards, I took a hike in the forest. It was sulbime

Very friendly staff at reception. Spacious, comfortable room. Quiet. We had to leave to get to the ferry before breakfast was served, but we found a lunch packet in the fridge to take with us. Great location opposite a park and a wood…perfect for a short walk with the dog.
