The hotel is clearly aimed at elderly people, and despite restaurant opening hours, the last 1-2 hours of dinner there was nobody there, they turned the music off and overall it felt like we weren't welcome and a bit neglected. You could hear them already prepping for breakfast, which was quite loud on the background of no music (they did turn it on after request, but I still think it's a bit weird - if you have opening hours, just stick to those or reduce them).

You had to pay extra to get into the salt baths, which was a shame because it never said anywhere how much it was. It would have been easy to ask someone, but we didn't bring any wallets or coins with us to the spa area anyway, so it wouldn't have mattered. It would be better if they let us know beforehand or if there was a way to scan your room key and pay later for entry.

The spa facilities were great! There were two swimming pools, one warmer than the other and a salt bath. There are two saunas and a nice relaxing area. It wasn't too crowded and the whole place had a relaxing atmosphere, with greenery everywhere, a pool table, games, a couple restaurants, and bars. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good.

The hotel is very well positioned. It has amazing facilities, and we made good use of the pools and spa. It was very relaxing. The food was super in the hotel too, a great choice of cuisines. The staff are so friendly.

ROOM: no mini-fridge or kettle/cups

Room was comfortable: compact, but with comfortable beds, plenty of storage, and a balcony (and a safe) - no mini-fridge or kettle/cups SPA was brilliant - 25m indoor pool, jacuzzi area, beautiful views - and other paid-for treatments - Adult only, we could do lengths - not overrun with children playing Breakfast was buffet, with excellent quality of items and a good choice Location: It is 750m walk into town centre (15 minutes walk) - WARNING: and on way back uphill.

no minibar. in a room if that price I would expect one. no complimentary water even though aircon makes the air dry. although you get a robe and pool towels you have to go to reception to get slippers. given the layout of the hotel reception can be some way away. tea and or coffee in the rooms would be good, you can only get a coffee with milk at breakfast and it’s a 10 minute brisk walk to town. we moved rooms as our first one backed onto the ring road and it was too noisy to sit on the balcony.

lovely room. good shower comfy bed. robes provided and a terrace. paid to upgrade to a room with aircon. extremely clean. great spa and swimming pools. the buffet breakfast was good. the staff were helpful. safe in room. location was good. ample free parking.

We initially could not find it, some extra help with directions perhaps. we didn’t know to bring flip flops, so add that to the spa details!

Hotel was great, and as we were arriving after dark we were delighted that the hotel receptionist was so incredibly helpful and kind to us. He made us feel right at home, and answered all our questions and concerns. But the spa was amazing. To have these facilities was wonderful. The hotel layout was quirky in a good way. we have decided to return when we next in Germany. Loved to robot working in the breakfast room. Range of options was delicious both to eat and drink. All the staff are a credit to the hotel.

Hotel SPA free of charge, free parking, very simple invoice for business accounting, the SPA is open all the day till 10:00 PM, sauna till 09:00 PM therefore very good hotel also for hard working business travelers. The breakfast is high level service and the reception staff is working on professional level. You can use SPA until the evening on the day of your departure (also on Friday) which is unusual extra bonus without equivalent accross all Europe. Each room has balcony! The fitness area is very good equipped. Ultra clean hotel with fantastic multifunctional water pools for swimmers & relaxing.
