Friendly and courteous staff although I did not check until after 22:00 hrs, practical underground parking, comfortable & clean room, comfortable bed, bathtub in the bathroom, good breakfast.

No tea/coffee making facilities No air con and it was hot outside Hotel price was good until we were charged for parking and dog but it is often a norm in hotels nowadays Bed was uncomfortable unfortunately

Nicely decorated hotel with a bar downstairs that is open until 1am. Check in and out was very easy Room had everything in it except tea making facilities

You need to leave the window open in summer as there is no AC, and the hotel's surroundings were a bit noisy at night (drunkards chatting and laughing loud until 3am in the nearby parking lot near the railway station). If you have a van or a large car you will park in the Aldi supermarket parking behind the hotel, but unguarded and you pay for it the same price as for the undeground, closed, private parking of the hotel.

Good rooms, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, nice staff, good wifi, pet friendly. All in all, not a bad deal. Will come back.

They charge extra for parking which was unexpected. Breakfast was bit expensive for the options they have. Apartment is outside of the main hotel and on the other side of the road, so need to cross for breakfast.

Good location, few minutes from the highway. Very silent and well maintained apartment. May be bit pricey for the place but worth it. Breakfast was good but very limited options A grocery store (Aldi) just behind the hotel.

Rooms have old fashioned heavy keys (instead of key-card) and lights do not switch on and off automatically. Depending on guest discipline, this can cause waste of energy, leaving lights and television on when the room is not used. I also found the noise level from the other rooms and the aisle very high. Recommend to have ear plugs in your luggage.

The rooftop Sauna with outside terrace is a perfect place to relax after work. Need to ask at reception before going there. You have a good view on the city and surroundings from the top of the building.

I asked for a room in a quiet area of the hotel, and was allocated a room at the front of the hotel which looked on to the busy main road into the city. This wasn't quiet early morning when busy traffic started passing from about 5 am ! So the noise disturbed sleep. The second night I asked to change to a room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet and no noise to disturb sleep. Reception were very obliging :)

I didn't like the 2 separate blankets, but I think is normal in Germany.

The receptionist was really nice, the check in was quick and easy. The room was exactly what I choice and everything was clean. The room was cozy and the bed really comfortable. We park in the garage where the hotel have an agreement and everything goes well. The location of the hotel is really close to the train station like 5 minutes walking and around 15 minutes walking to the downtown.

Bed was awful, the pillows are so poor, I have hurt my neck on the first night because of the pillows and I've then had no sleep all week, 1 because of the pain in my neck and 2 because of the temperature. There is zero air-conditioning and if you open the windows its noisy and fly's gets in. The temperature of the apartment I stayed in (810) Soho, was completely unacceptable

Breakfast is ok Evening meals in the grill restaurant are very good the staff are brilliant and friendly Parking is great and free location is ok, it's a short walk 20 minutes to the town center
