Too bad that the WiFi was not functioning. The tiles on the wall above the bathtub need extensive cleaning. There was no curtain or blinds on the kitchen window. If we can see the residents of the opposite unit, then they can see us too. It’s a little bit uncomfortable especially in the evening when the lights are on.

The location is excellent, just one stop from Hauptbahnhof. It was very spacious and met my expectations.

Tv is not a smart tv No curtains on one side of living room window (has sun shade only), so can get hot in afternoon. As sun on that side in afternoon. No microwave or oven (oven is broken) Mould on shower tiles grouting. Only 1 key No clothes line/clothes horse to dry washing Couches are not comfortable.

Beds are ok - bed in main bedroom is very big. Location decent. Easy to get to tourist sites and transport. Size of apartment is good 2 toilets It is good if you are intending to be out all day and eating out and just need somewhere to sleep. Good communication from host with clear instructions on how to get here Linen clean. Ample towels. Has fan (1) Although in noisy area, once doors and windows closed it is nice and quiet Kitchen has plates, glasses, cutlery, pots , pans, etc

No microwave and couldn’t use the oven. Only one bin in the whole apartment.

bathroom needs updating, twin room is tiny, we moved a mattress into the lounge. I imagine it gets very hot in the summer! oven wasn't working (hobs fine)

lovely location, 15 mins from station, closer to trams and underground also near supermarket and cafes. loads of space and storage, great lounge with big windows, large main bedroom.

The place was not really clean, with dust in many places including under the bed. The pipes from the shower were clogged and shutters inside the apartment were half broken. There were only 2 towels.

I had to buy my own garbage bags and there was half cake of used soap in shower. Some tiles had black on grout which could easily be removed with bleach and painted with grout paint. Cosmetic VB only as it was very clean. By supplying shampoo, conditioner and shower gel they would lift the quality appearance of an otherwise nice stay. There wasn’t a plug in kitchen sink. I had to wash dishes in saucepan. TV had no signal

The apartment was about 900m from train and 1.5km from museum island so accessible to transport and walking. Well appointed, nicely decorated and well equipped.

The place was exceptionally dusty in places - balls of dust.... but most general areas were acceptable. There was no instructions for rubbish disposal, or any suggestions of local places/travel, not a problem in a busy city though!

Great location with easy transport links, very easy to get to from airport and hbf. Well equipped place with lovely balcony as it was really hot when we arrived. Beds very comfortable, but could do with extra pillow. Lovely Italian restaurant opposite.

Equipment and kitchen facilities worn out, old and mismatched, a jumble. There are only 1 cup for tea/coffee and only 2 plates. The apartment is dirty due to permanent use, it needs wall painting, floors modernization and total cleaning up.

It was a very cold week in Berlin and we reported the major heating element as not working on the Thursday and again on the Friday evening. Host did not rectify (by providing additional mobile heaters) until the Monday, so we had some quite cool nights in the apartment.

Quiet location, supermarket and some places to eat nearby. Close to public transport and walking distance to quite a few sights.

The apartment is dated. The kitchen and bathroom need replacement. The cooker was signed unusable and the kitchen is dated. The bathroom had large amounts of mould. The couch In the lunch is past it's best

• Severe black mould in the sealant surrounding the bath and black mould on the ceiling. • Broken toilet seat • Tube light on the side of the mirror flashed all the time. We covered it with kitchen foil to reduce the flashing. • Bathroom cupboard contained a lot of empty plastic drinks bottles. • Metal surrounds to two small meters were missing in the bathroom and kitchen • Thick dust under the bed in the main room. • Some window blinds were missing. • Tops of the windows and door to the balcony were very dirty. • Scuff marks on the walls where furniture had been removed needed to be painted over. • Bedside lamp shade was coming apart. • Tangle of cables in the main room and one lamp not working. • Kitchen splashback behind the sink was damaged, and there were unsightly fixings on the wall where something had been removed. • Doorbell was not working and a new replacement had not been made good, leaving an unsightly patch on the wall. • Balcony door would not close. We reported this to TopDomizil and later that day a lady visited. She managed to close the door but asked us not to open it again. The only way we could get air into the apartment was by leaving the front door open and using a fan. We could not do this overnight so we had to put up with two very hot nights. We showed all the other issues to the lady who came from TopDomizil. I would like you to consider a 50% refund of the fees we paid. This was once clearly a well-appointed apartment. The company must have been aware of the issues and to let it out at the end of the season in this condition seems like a callous business decision. I would like you to consider a 50% refund

The apartment was centrally located with convenient bus and tram routes near by. Good for exploring Berlin
