The kitchen equipment was just enough.

Perfectely working checkin-out procedures. Very useful luggage lockers for the last day. The location is very convenient (close to major transports, supermakets...).

It was a little noisy. Earplugs are provided and if you keep the windows shut it is better but it is a loud area. But that is to be expected when so close to the city.

Location was very handy for central station and very easy walk to Marienplatz. The apartment was clean and very well appointed It worked well for us with 2 small children to be able to facilitate small meals for them. It is also opposite Lidl and near some fantastic Afghan/Turkish cuisine

Although the location wasn’t too far from city centre the property was in quite a dodgy area but we felt 100% safe within the building.

Property was very modern and clean. Excellent bathroom and very spacious. City centre was about a 15/20 minutes walk and train station 5 mins. Water, tea, coffee and milk was also provided.

So quiet in the room, but in a busy part of the city. Lots of restaurants and very convenient for public transportation and tourist sites. Laundry facilities on site - very nice.

I made the booking at the last minute. Did not realise that the entire check process needs to be completed on the Numa app/website and there was no staff to speak of that we inetracted with during the stay. That made the check in process cumbersome - to stand outside the doot and fill up the forms/upload the documents to get the door unlock code.

The location, close enough to the train station. The room size was good, rooms were extremely clean and excellent value for money.

The location was not ideal especially at night. The shower drain smelt when we arrived, needs to be cleaned. The location is noisy but luckily the windows are sound proof and there was aircon.

The apartment was well set up, clean and modern. Linen and towels excellent. The security was good due to a code being needed to get in and remote access worked well

The building entrance was hard to find and dirty. Area isn't the most exciting... Room was facing a tight backyard full of pigeons and covered in stool. I wouldn't go back.

Firstly, I had a very comfortable stay. I stayed with my son for five nights at your hotel. The system you have in place at check-in and check-out was very smooth. Everything I needed was in the room. The coffee machine was especially fantastic. I would have been happy if I could have had the room cleaned, though, such as towel changes and cleaning the floors. Other than that, due to its location, the price seemed a bit high. However, its central location provided a lot of convenience. We left happy.”

Location in the day is fine.Night time not so much lots of people hanging around on the street.Noisy outside apartment with shouting and what appeared to be arguments breaking out on the street.This didn’t worry us too much as once in the apartments security was great.

Very nice studio apartment that is close to the main train station. The area however isn't the nicest. We saw drug deals occurring, a syringe on the floor, huge groups of men hanging around at night, smell of weed, dirty area. Area seems to be a holding place for the homeless, drug addicted and migrants.

The elevator was broken during the whole stay, and with an injured knee + luggage the stairs to the 4th floor were sometimes a challenge. There was a constant smell coming from the bathroom, but we made sure to keep the door closed and air the room.

The location was great, walking distance to the city centre, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The studio apartment was spacious, the bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised with amenities. Good quality kitchenette with good quality appliances. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I slept amazingly well. Also soundproof windows were appreciated and blinds as my windows were facing the Main Street. Good size and good value for the money. Would definitely stay again!

Unable to get stove top to work , and kitchette very small with very few facilities . Could at least supply a toaster . Also not good to advertise kitchenette in listing but then have a big sign in the room about setting off the smoke alarm and the consequences .

Comfortable ( pillows very comfy)good proximity to transport and old town . Good food very close .
