United KingdomWhilst there's a big TV, the choice of english channels is pretty much limited to various news channels, a little more choice would be good or possibly have the facility to stream from our own devices.
Rooms are a decent size , with space for setting up a laptop for any after hours work. There is a large modern TV in the room and is well placed for viewing. Air conditioning works well, a positive given the warm weather. Bathroom was spacious and of a good standard.

The hotel was very close to the airport. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly. We were able to secure a free parking spot in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok (it could be better though).

AustraliaThe airconditioner is making an annoying noise. It was a bit challenging to fall asleep due to the noise. The room was too stuffy when turning off the aircon. Otherwise it is a great accommodation.
Very nice and modern room and bathroom. Great lighting and comfortable bed. The sauna and facilities are great. Would love to come back if in Hamburg again.

SwitzerlandIt is normal to have to airplane noise from 6am even if nobody mentions it. The hotel is just at the end of the landing strip. The breakfast was somehow dissapointing in the area of the sweets.
The hotel is much better of what it looks in the photos. Our room for 3 was really big and clean. It has a small kitchenette that is very useful when travelling with children. Parking space in front is very handy.

GermanyThe walls are thin so you can hear the neighboring guests talking. The restaurant was also late in opening and the receptionist was indifferent. We were on a time limit as we had booked to see the ballet and as a result of the delay, we could not eat beforehand.

United KingdomWhilst was clear there is a shuttle service to and from airport (of which drivers were excellent) given booking was for an Airport Hotel perhaps a little surprised with additional fees per person. Also the main Sky Bar was closed on a Sunday which was a shame.

CroatiaThe floor in the bathroom is super cold, like you really cannot walk barefoot at all. The room temperature is also a bit chilly and if you change it, it will not really make a difference. This was not a problem for us for one night but otherwise, i would be cold. They have a shuttle service from the hotel where you pay 10€ per person to the airport which was running a bit late since the other guests were not on time, but the taxi at the other hand, we payed for the back way 16€ one way for both of us. Maybe this was just a coincidence.
We were here before and will come again since the location is really good if you need to travel via HH airport. If you travel by car for just a couple of days, you can leave the car at their parkinglot and pay it for those days. Its not cheap but at least you know that the car is safe. The room is really good and modern, reception works 24/7.

Denmarka self-service machine for coffee, milk, tea and snacks will be nice. Instead of waiting for reception for everything. I ordered from booking to check in the same day, and they didn’t have housekeeping to make the ekstra sofa bed.
Nice design, very comfortable bed. And big enough for 2 adults and 2 small kids. There is a tea kitchen with microwave and coffee machine.
