This hotel is a wee gem, absolutely immaculate, cleaned daily, some wee special touches like toiletries in the bathroom, a fan for keeping cool, TVs in room comfortable beds and the staff are a delight and very helpful with directions to places we wanted to visit

The location is a little bit tough for taxi driver to find exact address. It will be helpful to provide some instructions to clients.

Some glitchy tech with Arbio, I was worried if I would have a room or not, but it turned out Okay. No breakfast since June 2025

Location is perfect on the U5 from Bahnhof, and very close to the hop-on buses! Very nice rooms, excellent clean up service every day. Quiet, and a great value!

It’s a bit far from the village center, and from Giethoorn it’s quite difficult to catch or book a taxi or Bolt/ Uber. Bus stop is very near from hotel.

The hotel is well equipped, nice staff. It has no elevator but staff helped us to bring luggage up and down stairs

It was a little hard for me to find the first time (but I'm generally pretty bad with directions), there was literally nothing else

Impressive array of amenities and extremely affordable compared to many other hotels in the area...I have no idea why they are only a 3 star hotel, thst seems really too low. I have stayed in half a dozen hotels in this area at least, always choosing typically based on the price per night, and I was very surprised when I got there to find that it was cheaper than all the others id been to but still came with things like a fridge, insane shower water pressure, electric kettle, tower fan, a safe, slippers etc...also a (really good!) Hair dryer, free baggage storage after check out, and a bathroom than was bigger by itself than some of the flatshare rooms I've had here in Berlin. Also checkout is noon which is great and the area is lovely too.

Clock tower bells make it hard to nap during the day. No room service or gym.

Perfect location set within an old quarter of Berlin, very quaint and cute area! The reception team were great and accommodating, the room was very comfortable with all the small details making it a great place to stay!

It’s very central to main attractions that you would want to see. There is good food options close by. Even though it is such a central area is very quiet. The staff is amazing and friendly.
