There was only 1 working lift which made getting to the room difficult as the hotel was busy and we were on the top floor.

Lovely hotel. They have added an addition door for soundproofing which was very much appreciated. The room was modern and clean, with everything we needed.

The bathroom was ok, not the newest one, small for the size of then room though, it had a bathtub though and it had all we needed. A few things were not properly maintained, like the wardrobe missed one door, or the steam sauna was not working, but only minor things.

I booked the XL room and I am more than satisfied for the price I got such a big room. It was clean and practical. The personnel is great, very helpful.

First of all, amazing surprise with printed Ed Sheeran at the reception which brought smile to everyone who came for his concert. I loved a lot of plenty free stuff, like water, fruits, sweets that you can just grab whenever you want. Room was clean, spacious and nicely designed. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choice and the most important it was until 12:00 on Sunday. Location is good when you go for the concert in Stadium as it is few bus stops away, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

The gym area is way too small. Apart from that no complaints.

Location easily accessible by local bus. Liked the sauna. The bar was friendly. The staff were all quite friendly.

Some negotiation was needed with the personnel who wanted to charge more for the stay then what booking.com had offered. Service was limited in the restaurant/bar in the evening.

For 2 adults and 1 kid we got the largest room of all, very spacious, two showers, nice and clean with functional interior. Very good breakfast/ large variety.

Was a wonderful year end vacation at NH Hamburg Altona , staff was very professional & courteous! They addressed every need of us which made our stay very comfortable! Special mention to Felix at reception who is a real embodiment of great customer service!!!

Well maintained hotel in a lively area. Spacious parking space, clean room, good breakfast, super friendly staffs. Everything was just perfect. definitely will come back. One big positive different between this hotel compared to other is Firdha & Nikola, the front office staffs. Both serves us well, give suggestion of what to do, super friendly and kind. They deserve a raise :)

Very pleasant stay, was not in the hotel very long but it as very clean and I had a nice stay.

Bit of a mix up with our room but this was sorted and the staff worked very hard to do this.

Lovely friendly feel, lots of space to sit downstairs and relax. The rooms were light and airy with plenty of space. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was powerful and hot. Good choice at breakfast with plenty of seating. Staff told us about the public bus routes and we used the transport system throughout our stay.

From memory, it was quite far from public transport - certainly for Hamburg. There's not that many local amenities either besides a cafe 10 minutes up the road, McDonald's or a nearby petrol station. Room was quite small from memory but no problems with the content of the room as previously mentioned. This review was completed a few months after the trip so might not quite be right regarding public transport.

Staff were very pleasant. Room from what I remember had everything you needed. Bed was comfy. In a quiet area so no problems with sleeping.
