How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I recently stayed at your hotel on 17–18 August 2025 in room 215. Unfortunately, I experienced several issues during my stay that I would like to bring to your attention: • The room was provided with only one bathrobe, and it was damaged/torn. • There were no facial tissues available in the room. • The desk lamp had cobwebs, which is not acceptable for a hotel of your standard. These issues do not reflect the quality and cleanliness I expect from a 4-star hotel under the NH brand. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the service and room preparation for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The electrics were r Grt. The hall light had to be turned on to use any of the room sockets. So we could not charge anything over night with out the light on. The tv was old and was not a smart tv. Not what you expect for the price that I paid per night.

The room was advertised with a Nespresso machine. Having an espresso machine in the room is a key requirement in all my stays, and biased the choice of this hotel which was otherwise very far from where I needed to be. Unfortunately, I ended up not finding the machine in the room, and there was no way to get one. I am thankful to the staff who compensated me with a drink voucher (still I had to argue to get the room service waived, how else can it be equivalent to making your own espresso as soon as you wake up), but once again the experience would have been better if the advertised room was honored. Finally, the neighborhood outside the window was pretty noisy: loud music all the time (except late evening, luckily).
The staff did their best to address any issue and were always available. In general the room was very good, I liked the desk/working area, and also the bathroom/shower.

Extra charge for parking, offer for breakfast astonishingly on a 50% discount "just today"... one shouldn't book breakfast in advance, as is costs twice the price.
Spacious room, bathroom ok ( NH standard), breakfast room nice, breakfast very good. The hotel is great for an overnight stay to travel onwards on the A9, 3 minutes to return to the motorway and a fuel station just next to the hotel.

Good sized rooms with air conditioning. Nice walk in shower. All exceptionally clean. Good parking availability (with charge). Breakfast fantastic, fresh and lots of options. Easy to get into town centre on bus, right near hotel.

We booked two identical rooms late in the evening online and arrived only 2 hours later. The reception was very sorry about a system mistake since they only had one room available and hotels was fully booked. Without hesitation they quickly made one room ready for 4 people. It was a tight fit but it worked.

Everything was ok. Maybe location is a bit far from the centre, but it is not a big problem. The rest is completely fine
Small, cute and nice place. It is clean and comfortable, very calm and nice for sleeping. Do not expect to much, but it is good enough for a short stay.
