There was an issue upon arrival but the reception staff was friendly and helped to resolve everything, so that was ok.

The rooms are only cleaned after check-out — during our 7-night stay, they only emptied the trash bin and did not clean the room at all. Proper cleaning is done only once you leave, for the next guest.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel is really charming, and the breakfast was a 5/5.

Good hotel to stay outside of the center of München. Convenient bus stop at the hotel, easy to use public transport. The hotel is older, but was clean. Breakfast available at extra cost, good choice to have an easy start of the day.

There wasn’t anything I strongly disliked, but parking could be an issue. The hotel offers very limited spaces out front, so unless you’re lucky enough to find one available, securing a spot nearby can be quite difficult.

The hotel’s location is a major advantage, especially for those not traveling by car — the bus station is conveniently situated right next to the property. As for the interior, everything was adequate but fairly standard. Nothing particularly stood out, but for the small price, it offers solid value for a short stay.

No fans or AC in the room. But the owner bought some moveable fans for guests (at the last night of my stay).

The location is nice, quiet enough in a residential area but close enough to bus stops and the youth library. Many breakfast options and the staffs are friendly.

Parking was quite limited and was assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If it's full, you'll have to find a spot for your car on your own, which was troublesome.

I spent four nights with my husband during Holy Week. The room was tidy and clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Overall, I found the place to be very clean. We traveled by car, so we didn't use public transportation, but there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which I find very convenient. The area was also nice and quiet. Parking was free, although space was very limited. Due to the rush, we couldn't find a parking spot in front of the hotel and had to leave our car two blocks away, which I didn't like. Overall, I would recommend staying there, even for a longer stay.

We did meet a staff while exiting the place, but not much interaction. The place really does not have any negatives and it is right next to the police station so you feel really safe.

This place is away from the City, does not have a lift to go up the floors so a bit tricky with luggage if its heavy. But no complaints as it was quite and we got a good sleep along with a good shower.

Neuner Hotel is nice and cozy with a good location, right across from the bus stop, which was helpful especially on rainy days as we could just leave to the bus stop seconds before the bus arrived. Staff were very helpful.

Older Style, old bathrooms, the tiling is a horrible greenish brown. The breakfast was okay for the price, rather a narrow selection but quality good.

Very nice interior and exterior design of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful area, a few steps away from a bus station, from which a bus and later an S-Bahn can be taken to the city ceter. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good and healthy breakfast.

Check-in is possible only until 20.30 which comes with the family run business.

Quiet, family run hotel in the green area of Obermenzing. A bus (56) stops directly in front of the hotel, highway exit is also very close. Convenient location, relaxed nights, no noise. Real suburbian environment. Breakfast is average, it is okay. Do not expect that wide selection of the big hotel chains. Parking is free and convenient, no tight spaces. The owners are kind, flexible and helpful. If you are looking for a relaxed, green place far from the frenzy downtown go for this one! We all like this hotel very much.
