Breakfast food was fairly basic and lacking choice of freshly cooked eggs etc A fair walk from the city but with regular bus from outside.

Comfortable and quiet room. Loved the initiative of a surprise treat left at your door if you opted out of room service. Gym facilities were basic but clean Spa facilities included were good value. Good selection of coffee choices at breakfast Nice bar area and dinner experience

The only thing which I find very very very weird is pricing. They are not transparent with it. They put just cheapest rooms on booking with a view to the parking, but at the arrival suggest you a "nicer room to the park"...for extra 10 euro. Breakfast they also not include and you pay 15 euro extra and of course parking (despite that it suburb in an empty area and parking is triple as big as the possible amount of guests) they gonna charge you extra for it as well. 8 euro a night.so count at least 35 euros on top of your price. Instead of being transparent and put options, you come at location full of frustration, and if you drive 500-700 km it is the last thing you want to here and decide at the reception.

The hotel itself was nice, good breakfast, nice big room and beautiful view to the park. Nice spa area with an outdoor terrasse and beautiful garden park view.

One thing that would improve my stay would be facilities to make tea& coffee in my room,after a long day out it would be nice to relax in your room with a cup of coffee.

Someone from the reception was quite impolite, implying that I was stupid. His colleague had previously given me information that turned out to be false. Except for this incident, there is nothing to complain about.

I would have appreciated the signage also in english and the opening time of the Spa earlier in the morning. Consider the parking place as benefit instead of pay parking.

Staff is customer friendly and helpful. Kitchen is good and they have good wine. Reaching the center is very easy, both by foot (15-20 min walk) and by tram. A suggestion is to have signage also in English. Everything is in German. In addition it's a pity that the sauna opens late, it seems they still have Covid hours opening. Also maybe think to cover the passage between hotel and Spa facility, that would be a nice touch for the guests that uses the Spa.

I had chosen the hotel as it specified an EV charger would be available. However, they were fully booked (not sure how many were there). However, I quickly found some fast chargers very close by and was able to charge and be on the road early the next morning as intended.

Very nice restaurant with good food and a tasty breakfast. It was the first day of a two week stay in Germany and I was grateful the friendly, helpful tolerated an Englishman's faltering attempts to check-in German :)

Bathroom too small. can't reach toilet when shower doors closed. Not enough soap etc. No minibar or safe in room.No kettle tea or coffee in room. There's a bottle of water is but it's not complimentary. No English channels on TV that work.
