We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandA bottle of water in the hotel room cost 3 euros. Quite surprising because water was usually free in both cheap and expensive hotels. The window above the bed was leaking. it was a bit windy.

United KingdomVery few (apart from manager) speak English. Not satellite tv. Only limited channels, none in English. Very noisy church bells at odd times of day, next to hotel. Soundproofing of rooms poor, housekeeping noisy in mornings. Not all single rooms are on ground floor, as stated. No shuttle service, as stated. Very limited public transport (need a car).
Dinner meals good but some a bit pricey. Price of room.

Very easy to find and in a comfortable place. I arrived late in the night when reception was closed. However I received a perfect assistance by phone and my room card was especially left in a box with a drawn map how to find the parking of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and charming with spacious rooms and all you need.
