No air-conditioning, which was a bit grim when it was 30+ degrees C, and the duvet covers were a bit on the scratchy side! The breakfast was nothing special. The only hot options were scrambled and boiled eggs. The rest was cold meats, hams, cereals etc. There weren't even any pastries.

The hotel is in a nice, peaceful woodland setting, just outside the city of Münster. The rooms are a very good size, and most of them seem to have balconies (in the new annexe, anyway). The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and parking was free, although it was close to being full while we were here.

The hotel needs to be modernized. It is situated far from the city center in a quiet and calm park. The rooms are big and warm, the bathroom is small. The breakfast is simple but has everything for a good sandwich. The coffee is not an espresso, but you can order and pay one. There is a good variety of tee. The parking lot in front of the hotel is quite big and is free of charge.

I didn't have any requirements that weren't satisfied by the hotel. It is unclear how well the hotel is accessible by public transport. If I recall correctly, there aren't recycling bins in the room.

The hotel accomodated my need for early check-in in order to work remotely from the room. The reception staff even offered a quieter room due to some ongoing building work. The hotel has free customer parking and is minutes away from main connecting roads. Good access by car. Located near a forest and some quiet country lanes.

I couldn't find fault. A very nice hotel, although a long way out of city centre but then we chose it for convenient location to family and friends.

location pleasant although slightly difficult to find by Sat Nav as there were road closures. Breakfast good, the usual selection for continental breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking outside the hotel. The room was clean and pleasant with all usual facilities. Lovely hot and powerful shower. No kettle or tea making facilities but this is quite normal for German hotels. Ok if you take a travel kettle and supplies of tea/coffee and milk.

Not the hotel's fault but there was a very loud dance party or rave going on somewhere in the surrounding neighbourhood on the evening of our stay. It made sleeping peacefully very difficult. The hotel was also quite difficult to get to as one of the main entry roads is blocked for incoming traffic.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the staff quickly rectified a minor issue regarding a lack of duvet and pillow for our daughter's bed.
