Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was very hot without air conditioning and it was hard to keep the window open due to road noise. The WIFI also requires an internet window to open to accept terms and conditions so if your laptop has security to stop this you can not get WIFI!

GermanyThe walls are a little thin. So, you will hear your neighbours talk. Also, I could not get any wifi connection in the room. Everything else was fine.
The hotel itself and the room were fine and as expected. The breakfast buffet was very good - plenty big and very tasty. And the service was great - I could get into my room early and check out late, staff was very friendly. Overall I had a very nice stay.

It is such a cool building, especially the round restaurant, and good value. The rooms are basic but super tidy with a good bathroom.

Staff were incredibly helpful when I had the problem of a flat battery (thanks Thomas and the night shift staff member!) Motel was clean and breakfast was fine.

Handy for The Messe / ITB, but the checkin staff didn’t seem to know the best way to get there (there is an underpass so just walk). It’s impossible to cross the two motorways to get to The Messe.

GeorgiaThis motel is nothing like in the pictures on this site ! It's old and run down. The location is awful if you want to get around by public transport. There is no wifi and there is no elevator. As a lone woman traveller i felt unsafe there and wanted to leave as soon as possible !

This is a fantastic Motel, with a great breakfast buffet. Close to train station. The Motel is rich in history, and should make more of its past. The room is clean and functional, separate bathroom was a surprise. Amazing value for money
