Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaThe accommodation was nice and comfortable, and while it looked clean at first glance, it didn’t feel very fresh. With a bit more attention to that, the stay would have been perfect. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would still recommend it.
The staff were very welcoming and always available to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel at home. The room was fully equipped and very modern. The Wi-Fi was excellent and easy to connect to, no instructions needed. I loved the fish display on the TV that appeared when inserting the key card, it was very calming. The hotel is literally next to many landmarks worth seeing, as well as Grimmaische Strasse, perfect for walking around.

ItalyThe staff is extremely kind and welcoming, which I much appreciated. I was even offered an early check-in for free. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes on feet from the main train station, and very close to the center and the opera house. The room was clean and quiet, and was also equipped with a small table, useful when using a laptop. Highly recommended!
