Location is very convenient. Several trams run in different directions. It was quite, I assume the room isolation was good. Good blackout curtains, nice big bed with many pillows of all variants.

We asked to borrow an iron on the night we arrived and supposedly they were all in use but they would ensure housekeeping put one with an ironing board in our room as soon as one became available. This was the case for 3 days until my partner asked again and they finally lent us one which was used by hotel staff which he then brought up himself. Annoying when it is a facility they offer and one needs to re-iron something which has become crushed in a case, which is needed for a business meeting or a special dinner. The cleaner also did nothing in our room at all whilst we were staying. Our room was really small.

Breakfast too expensive - there are several places very close by for much cheaper breakfasts. Room too small. Parking too expensive. We belatedly realised we could have parked across the road for considerably less. There were plenty of spaces available there.

Good location near to both old and new towns. Excellent public transport available. Smart looking hotel with a nice bar. Friendly staff. Comfortable king size bed.

The lounge was a bit dark in the evening and the rooms could do with a small bar fridge.

The hotel was comfortable and staff friendly. It was Christmas and the service was great, the lounge area clean, lovely decorated and cosy for playing games. The beds were the best in any hotel we stayed in for a long time. Excellent cocktails! The location was close to the station for us and a short 15min walk to the old town.

My friend and I bought breakfast at the hotel because it's Sunday. However, we expected a greater variety of dishes, such as scrambled eggs.

The hotel is located near the city center and main sights. The room was slightly small but cozy. Comfort lobby zone to spending time there.

Nothing all was good.

The room was small but had everything, was spotless clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient, just 20 min walk from the old city centre. The breakfast was good and varied. The car park is a little pricey but convenient. The entrance to the car park is in the road behind the hotel and a little difficult to find. Overall, good value for money and cozy hotel.

The rooms were not very big, there are no tea / coffee facilities in the rooms.

It was convenient to Dresden Neuhaur station. It was located across the bridge so about 15 min walk to the main old town area. The foyer was nice and welcoming seating area with reasonably priced bar.

Very pleasant as a solo traveller to sit in the lounge/bar in the evening, have a drink, read a book, and chat with other travellers.

Breakfast could have had a wider range of warm dishes beside only boiled eggs. With a lengthy schedule, we could have used some more protein in the morning. As such, the price is a bit steep for what is offered.

Room was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable, a lot of well-placed plugs. Location was also very good, a quick trip by tram into the centre, and walkable from Neustadt area. A safe and well connected area, with plenty of great restaurants accessible on foot, but also quiet. Neustad Bahnhof is also accessible on foot, which is great for travellers who come in by train (most DB trains make a stop there).

- Hotel is hard to find at night as the surroundings are dark. - No water bottles or kettles in the room. - Quality of cleanliness / daily cleaning can be better improved. My cups were not washed and side of the bed that I was not using was dusty. Cleaners could have done basic cleaning in the room and toilet instead of just changing the towels. - Room was too small. Cannot open up the luggage

The price of breakfast is expensive (18 euros in 2024) for what you get.

Convenient location: a short walk from the Dresden-Neustadt train station in one direction and Dresden's old town in the other. There are also a range of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is modern, clean and efficient.
