How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Unfortunately no coffee in the room and you need to pay to get it from the restaurant if you do not take the breakfast
The location is great. Very close to the zoo and public transportation. Lots of good restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Public parking garage directly next to the hotel with enough parking spaces and charging options at 6th floor.

The ventilation in the room was not good. You have to use the AC in order to get the humidty out after using the bathroom. And when you turn the AC on, you fell like freezing till the humidity is gone. And the hotel is charging for the dog, that is understandable and acceptable, but there was nothing in the room for the dog. I know some hotels who put a dogs basket/bed and a water bowl for the dog. I would expect at least the bowl.
The location of the hotel was great. It was very easy to access all means of transports from the hotel. The neighbourhood was a bit crowded, but the rooms were quiet. There is a parking place next to the hotel which serves to the guests. The room was quite small, but comfortable.

The room was quite small for 2 people, very little space (adequate, not more) for luggage and moving around.
The location was perfect, very close to S and U Bahn stations plus buses going all over town. Lots to see here, you could see the train tracks at an angle from our room, but with the window closed you heard nothing. The breakfast buffet wasn't cheap and offered nothing warm like scrambled eggs, pancakes etc., but the food was high quality (many bio products), fresh and varied. The staff was friendly, and everything was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable, we slept well.

Room was quite small - hard to fit in 2 luggages and move around comfortably. When the temperature drops they turn off the AC, so we had to open the windows for the night, therefore we couldn't sleep with all the noise from trains passing by. We called the reception but there was nothing they could do to fix the situation.
Location of the hotel is excellent! Safe neighbourhood, very close to the zoo, park and variety of restaurans & bars. Interior design is quite modern with all the necessary amenities.

My room on the 2nd was really hot and the aircon was only blowing warm air
Great location and right near the train station so was easier to travel in and around Berlin! As a solo traveller I felt safe and would stay at another motel one again.

I did like it What i didn't like was no fridge or kettle
Hotel is in an excellent position, the staff are great always helpful & polite. Its clean & comfortable. The whole experience was very good. A pity there was no FRIDGE or KETTLE in the room this was a big drawback for me.

there was zero air movement in the room, the AC or Fan did not work, the only way to get air circulation was to open the windows but then you couldn't sleep Bec cause of the trains that go by. I had booked the room fort a great night sleep after a long day and week of moving. However the air in the room was suffocating. I had requested a street view room too, yet was given the tracks. The breakfast was under whelming and I wouldn't pay that much for a continental breakfast again. I was hoping for warm food.
