How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

No breakfast options. An electric kettle/basic coffee making facilities and a mini bar fridge would have been helpful.
Location and parking plus a lift to access the upper floors. The restaurant bar on the ground floor was helpful and as accommodating as they could be as they also had a large birthday party being celebrated

Stayed here for one night while visiting the area. located in a quite area on the edge of town with lots of free parking. We booked a family room for the 5 of us. The room was basic, clean, comfortable and very big. Theres a realy nice Croatian restaurant / bar below the hotel with a menu suitable for all ages.

What we liked less: - the beds were not that comfortable - we never saw anyone from the hotel even if the keys were easy to get
What was nice: - the room was really big - the parking was easy and just in front of the hotel - the hotel is located at a 10 minutes walk from the center of the city and at a 10 minutes drive from Neuschwanstein castle

The room was hot, it would have been nice to have a fantastic available.
The room was large and location was good. It was a pleasant surprise to have a pool club below - we played a few games of pool in the evening

Right off the road, about 10 minutes from Neuschwanstein. We got lucky and scored one of the few parking spots right in front of the hotel, otherwise, I think it would be a few minutes walk for parking. Restaurant friendly, open till 9pm.

The checkin is within the restaurant "Croatica". It can be made clearer beforehand.
The room is really spacious. Although the room facilities are simple, they are good enough for a comfortable an overnight stay.

Would be great if there was a jug/kettle & cups so you could make a hot drink in your room.
The room was large & well appointed. It had a large couch to sit on. The beds were comfortable, & everything was in order. The 11 am check out was appreciated. The manager/owner met us and was very nice. He spoke good English which was also helpful. This room was great for families like us with 4 people. You could also buy hot drinks for a vending machine for $1- good coffee!

The restaurant below is a blessing and a curse. On the one hand, it was super convenient. On the other hand, smoke from a smoke below drifted up into our room.
Great staff, very accommodating and helpful. Loved having two rooms available for us.

Building was a strange mish-mash of businesses and services. Food and service were great! Rooms are a bit basic but comfy and very spacious. Would stay here again!

This time I was a solo tourist and stayed in the single room near the entrance door. Sometimes ( but not often) it was loud when someone opened and closed the entrance door, especially late in the evening
It is my third staying at this motel. It is close to the old city. It has place for parking. It is clean.

It would be nice to have at least a water boiler and a small fridge in the room.
Our room was clean and big enough for our family. There was no breakfast served and we drove to a supermarket with a breakfast bar not far away from the motel.

A long walk from the train station with heavy bags but I knew that when I booked.

Not much, it may of been useful to have bus timetables available with local knowledge. There wasn’t much to find fault with really for the money
It had a really good location in Füssen and easy check in with a convenient restaurant downstairs. It also had an elevator . It was lovely and warm and the tv was good. There was also a good drinks dispensing machine upstairs and coffee for 1 euro

Very limited stuff but given the cheap rate I got, can't complain. No 24 hour desk. Had to contact owner to get keys.
Bone bare place. Bed , chair,small table, coat hangar, tv,. Very basic place for a quick night stay.
