You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsWiFi was pretty ok but sometimes a bit slow. We had a stay of one week so it would have been nice to have more than one towel set. Also only one extra plastic bag for the trash was not enough. One bed was making a lot of cranking noise.
Very spacious and heating was really good (radiators warming really fast). Also the oven and electric stove work really quick so you need to keep an eye your food doesn’t burn 😉. Good isolated rooms and one room had the shower and toilet in the room. Kitchen was pretty well equipped (missed a few things though). Parking option also on the top side of the accommodation (behind a gate so also secure).

BelgiumThe one settee in the living room is not very comfortable to relax on. There is a large multi channel TV, so it would be nice to be able to relax when returning from an active day.
A bright, modern, spacious apartment with 2 large en suite bedrooms. Directly on the Mosel river, the apartment has beautiful views of the river and the town of Bernkastel. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for self catering.

United StatesDana and John were 10/10 hosts!!! They are super communicative and will do everything to make sure the stay goes as planned. The apartment was recently renovated and it looks beautiful. It is clean, modern, and has free parking. The hot water and water pressure are wonderful! The view from the apartment is gorgeous, and pictures do not do it justice. It is a 15 min walk into town where you can find super cute cafes, restaurants, and shops. It is a great location for traveling to wine tastings. I give my highest recommendation for this apartment! Do not hesitate to book this!
