Nice staff, helpful, solid breakfast. Air conditioning during the heat wave was amazing — Germany in 95 degree weather is brutal, so sleeping in AC was amazing. Nice to rent electric bikes and parking was tight but easy and accessible. Truly lovely stay, would return!

Aperentely there are much less parking spaces in the underground garage than rooms and garage must be reserved very well in advance. Otherwise the car shell be parked on a rather busy street.

The hotel was so welcoming when we arrived and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was for a King! Excellent variety and choice. The location of the hotel was so convenient for visiting the Christmas Market as it was a short walk across the bridge.

Breakfast was quite extensive and varied. The staff were attentive and ensured that all items on the buffet were constantly refreshed. Room was large and well appointed. Location was very good, well placed for the town and river. I would strongly recommend using the underground card park, albeit at extra cost. The list goes direct from the car park to your floor. Staff could not have been more helpful.

No iron in the room and the hairdryer was poor.

The hotel has a great location in the centre of Bernkastel-Kues with a 5 minute walk to the centre of the town. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection in the buffet and always had plenty of space. The team at the hotel were always helpful and assisted with dinner reservations and taxis (when we couldn't do the language). Really Nice!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional; and the hotel has very modern amenities. Unbelievably clean, with very comfortable rooms and facilities. The breakfast was very good, with a good variety of both European foods and standard American fare such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Secure parking under the hotel helped put my mind at ease. You would have to search for a reason to not be satisfied.

The room was too hot at night, which hampered our sleep, and we could find no way to regulate the temperature other than open the french window, which wasn't possible because it was howling a gale outside. Otherwise everything perfect.

The translucent bathroom door was the only issue. If you use the bathroom at night requiring the bathroom light to be turned on it can readily disturb light sleepers because it illuminates the room. A night light in the bathroom would help prevent the possible disturbance.

Excellent location, 2-3 minutes walk to the city center. Clean, quiet, comfortable with lovely balcony with a view of the castle. Warm, welcoming staff, excellent breakfast with great selection, free parking & pet friendly. Definitely recommend!
