The route to the room was very complicated and confusing, we got a bit lost sometimes, I’m not sure why the layout is this way but clearly it’s not something they can really fix it’s just the layout of the building, but signs could’ve been clearer and made it easier to find our way to our room

The location was perfect, wasn’t noisy, bed was comfortable, room was nicely decorated, bathroom was clean and functional, overall great stay

The breakfast is excellent but expensive!

Lovely peaceful hotel in a great location in central Berlin. Easy to get to with direct trains to the airport and main station. Very classy breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. I have stayed here several times and I love it!

The thermostat in the room was not working and has not been repaired during our stay, The hairdryer was on the cheap side and as soon as I started using it stopped working. The room was on the small side and quite dark. We were under the impression that the breakfast was included (probably my misunderstanding when I booked) but we ended up paying almost 50 euro more per day than expected.

Hard to say what not too like. The breakfast wasn't too bad but the some choices I didn't like. But night before I got sick but that was my fault. When I saw the sausages and that the cappuccino wasn't too bad I was happy enough

Room very good comfy and safe. Breakfast I only had once wasn't too bad and very good location. Train station very near and the market was good. Sites were not too far from hotel apart from other locations.

It was quite awkward to find the way from the lobby to the room, involving two lifts: one of our party definitely thought the signage could be better

Good, comfortable room, though had to shut the window to avoid some noise from trains. We did not have the hotel breakfast, as it appeared much too expensive for what it was.

Shape of the room. The air conditioning would always go back to 18 degrees even after putting the temperature up slightly.

We opted for comfort single rooms. They were a little smaller than expected and the room not easiest to circulate in as it was long and narrow. But it was comfortable and clean. Location is great as it is a 2min walk from the metro station and is in an area where there are a lot of restaurants/cafes ect... Also a short distance from many museums.

The furniture in the lounge, chairs and couches, were some of the most uncomfortable (not soft or ergonomic) we had ever encountered. Which was a disappointment.

The size of the room was very small and there wasn’t a kettle in it.

The lobby was fantastic with seating and fireplace. The location to all of Berlin’s main attractions was fantastic.

Lighting wasn't great in the room. Room wasn't serviced even though we had our sign out. We had to collect new towels and empty our bins ourselves. No heated towel rail and ventilation in the bathroom was not great so it had a musty smell and the towels didn't dry at all. We generally try to reuse our towels but really couldn't here. Cleaners blocked lifts and left us stuck a few times. Got a knock on the door asking us to check out a day early, which was weird. Our ground floor room faced a courtyard and we couldn't keep our windows open because of frequent cigarette smoke from other guests.

Great location, nice breakfast, comfortable bed, staff were friendly when we spoke to them.

The bathroom is very very tiny, with the loo being so close to the basin and the shower screen that moving around is quite difficult. The shower screen seems to stop a bit short and after two showers, I had water in the whole of the bathroom and a small amount actually made it under the door into the room.

The hotel was well located, just a short walk away from a main area, with good tram access. The room was great, the bed was comfortable and the decor was lovely. The bar was lovely with a roaring fire, and the drinks were well mixed and reasonably cheap. My colleagues had the breakfast and although quite expensive at euro23.50, they really enjoyed it. The price was great too.
