The only downsides I can mention are that the wardrobe cannot be fully opened because it’s positioned too close to the bed, and there’s only a power outlet on one side of the bed. It can be quit noisy if the hotel is fully booked (lots of talking and walking around, thin walls), and the airconditioning is quit loud, which was disturbing me while trying to sleep and woke me up, but i am sensitive to sound when it comes to sleeping. So this my not be for everybody!

First of all, the self-check-in system is very convenient: you receive the access codes for both the building and the room directly via email. The hotel offers plenty of parking spaces and is located in a beautiful, quiet area. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and modern. The room has a large bed with soft blankets, pillows and towels, a wardrobe, a TV, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. There are also shutters you can operate yourself. All in all, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. Thank you!

No air conditioning. We were provided with a fan and moved to a cooler room upon request. Need to mention that we arrived there with a heat wave and on normal condition I believe that heat is not a problem. Anyway staff were amazing in finding us a cooler room and providing us with a fan and that’s what I call impeccable service.

Not that much going on in the neighborhood (shops, restaurants etc.), but for staying close and for a good price when visiting EP or Rulantica it’s perfect!

Great simple (but new and clean) acommodation to stay when visiting Europa Park, 10 minutes by car. Very comfy beds.

When we arrived, the room was a bit chilly, and we couldn't find a heating adjustment option.

The room was very spacious, and the bathroom was clean and good-looking. Self-check-in is very convenient (we arrived in the middle of the night). The staff was very helpful. As we arrived very late and needed to travel the next day further, they agreed for us to extend the check-out time.

I didn't receive the code for the front door but the staff was online and send it to me immediately. Also I would recommend the staff to communicate in english with foreigners if possible. I had a room next to the front door and unfortunately it was possible to hear smashig the doors by other clients in the evening and in the morning.

Very new, very clean, amazing bathroom, spacious, warm and cosy. Easy self check-in, there was a staff online for communication in case of need. I would definitely come back to sleep over on the way. The negatives are more like recommendations.

Spacious rooms but very little sound proofing between rooms, my neighbour's snoring didn't help me get a good night's sleep

Did not receive the door code as agreed - had to contact the place to get it. It is not reliable with the door code system (via SMS) - and that you have fille out forms beforehand to receive a code.

There are only a few (3) hangers in the wardrobe and only one shelf. For one person almost acceptable, for more persons (and longer stay) not enough. No fridge in the room - it's as described but for me it's acceptable only during the winter. I would accept a higher price for the accommodation but to have this appliance is from my perspective crucial as there are no restaurants nearby. Or I would recommend to provide some self-service automatic vending machine in the shared spaces (entrance, corridor). I was unable to control the heating in the room - no control panel found so totally you have to rely on some global settings.

The room was comfortable and spacious, also the bathroom. Both were kept very clean. There's a floor heating which is very pleasant. TV is equipped with Netflix, so good choice for winter evenings. Easy and working keyless access. Electric kettle and tea, coffee and biscuits were there also :)
