Interiors of the hotel may need some refreshing after 10+ years of use. King size bed was just made of two single mattress.

We were 3 people in our room but there were only 2 duvets and 2 pillows.

Everything run smoothly. It was very well located for our purposes (15 min walk to Beatpol). The staff were friendly. There’s free parking at the back, by the river.

the rooms were a Little dated. the main floor lamp Wasn’t working. the arm chair was old & ripped, barn towel stunk.

We stayed in the hotel just for one night. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. Hotel is located out of a center, within apx 400m is a tram station, that gets you directly to the center.

It was clean and had a large, comfortable bed. It was close to bus and tram stops, it took about 25 minutes by public transport to the city center.

Hi, we was on holiday stay one night in hotel , we was travelling from Poland to England, long journey, Room was fine , all was good apart air conditioning room don’t have , was very hard for us sleep there, much too Hooot !! Staff was look unhappy, I ask what time hotel restaurant is close, cos we arrive late evening, the answer was very rude.. thank you for nice time ..🫶

It was loud because of the highway, no air conditioning.

It was clean, good service, pet friendly, open desk 24h. Near is a river, parking on spot. All in all god choise for a sleepover.

I would appreciate a small fridge in the room- I had some food with me that needed to be kept in cool temperatures so I was a bit disappointed.

Great location by the river, no problem with parking, nice restaurant with a terrace, nice and comfortable room with everything one can need. There was a net in the window so I could keep it open without letting the bugs in. Good thinking!

The only thing that would be of help is having a/c - which surprised me given this is part of a chain. This was August and it was hot (90F) and thus the room warms a bit. Still it cooled off at night.

This hotel is located across from the park that is adjacent to the river. The hotel has free parking, though oddly they seemed a bit offput when they had to open the garage door as there was not parking left outside. The room we had was very nice being on the top floor with a view out to the river and a balcony, though the railing (really wall) makes sitting not as pleasant as would normally be expected. The room itself was very large and was clean. They only serviced the room once during a 3 night stay and did not change out linens or towels, though I believe this is possible upon request. The breakfast was of good variety and reasonable quality. The location is near a tram stop and a large Edeka grocery store, so very convenient. The tram to the center only takes about 15 minutes and runs frequently.

The refrigerator in our double room was broken and we were not warned about it. There were no slippers and for such prices it would not be bad to get toothpaste in the room and a sewing kit, this is standard for hotels. The floors were not clean although the bed was perfect. The hair dryer also worked for 5 minutes, as soon as it warmed up it did not turn on. The room has quite old furniture, although the reception and lobby bar look quite modern.

Large room with a very comfortable bed, good bathroom and toilet. Helpful staff, everyone is smiling. Beautiful interior, 5 minutes walk to the tram stop, 20 minutes to the center.

Beds and pillows needs an upgrade

Very convenient location, value for Money, stunning views at the rear side of the hotel. Great spot for relaxed walking and for dog walking. Very cooperative staff. City center is very accessible from the hotel
