How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

the location is as ugly as it gets in a commercial area and is nowhere near the airport or Frankfurt (about 10Km west of the airport), so if people take it expecting a break near the airport or to easily go downtown they will be really disappointed. There is a reason why many airlines chose this for customers stuck with delays, while air crew go elsewhere :-) having said this, for a stopover and if you have a car, it is fine it is good value for money

Basic hotel.
The hotel was conveniently located close to the customer who I was visiting. The breakfast was quite varied. There is a parking on-site. OK value for money.

The distance from Frankfurt and the limited reachability were inconvenient.
The hotel was clean and generally okay, but it's located quite far from the city. Buses in the area are also very rare, that take you to the train station. One evening, all trains were canceled, and we couldn't get back to the city, which was frustrating. There isn't much to do in the immediate area either. While the price was more affordable than staying in the city, I don't think I would choose this location again when visiting Frankfurt.

Shower head is in an awkward place in the tub. There was also a water meter, which I've never seen in a hotel before. The restaurant was not open so again, we had to search for a place to eat. Seems like one building of the hotel is housing. The parking garage was very tight fit. No one else was around until later in the evening, which gave it a ghost feel. Air conditioning could not be controlled.
Room was spacious.

1- Inappropriate and rude behavior of hotel staff 2- All German hotels have special facilities for the disabled, even though I declared that I have a disability, they still gave me a bathroom with a bathtub, and I fell down hard once. 3- The hotel was only thinking about receiving money. 4-Despite the presentation of a disability card (parking is free for the disabled in all hotels and parking lots, but in this hotel they did not pay attention to my disability card and charged me for parking, and there were no facilities for the disabled in the parking lot. Having a disability, I have to climb the stairs from the parking lot 5- I informed the hotel officials about these matters by email, but they did not take any action. 6- During our stay (3 nights), our room was not cleaned even once, and even towels, water, and tea bags were not charged.

Air con seemed to play up . The shower also seems to be in a area that you flood the bathroom. Maybe invest in changing the way it is . Hotel says frankfurt however this hotel is 40 mins away from the centre via bus and train
The staff where very nice . The room was basic and the bed was very comfy and shower was great .

The lady at the reception was unprofessional, very stressed. Guests dont need to know that she is stressed as she can't have 2 minutes to herself. Understaffed only 1 iron in the entire hotel, which wasn't returned for over 2 hours, so I ended up buying one locally

The staff at the main desk (At the reception ) didn't speak english. Or just a very little. For me it's unbeliveable in a hotel near the airport.
