Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe fact that the bar was closed due to some works and that we had to order and pay drinks directly at the bar with no possibility to sit inside somewhere. But luckily the weather was nice and terrace really enjoyable.
I really liked the sunny bedroom and the quietness. Staff was very friendly and helpful and location of the hotel was for me perfect. Breakfast was diverse and satisfying.

SloveniaWe had huge problems to reach it, because some streets leading to the hotel were closed. So, you must have some luck to reach it by car. Also be careful, they charge tourist tax separately, so the final price is a bit higher than you might expect.

GermanyIf it's possible, please the room on the third floor should be only rented to anybody after renovation. All other services were good.
After checked-in, my room was on the third floor. Soon after moving in, I noticed that there was some dirt stuck to the carpet. I tried to remove the dirt but it was impossible. I then told the staff in the lobby and showed the pictures of the dirt I had made. Then the lady arranged another room for me on the fourth floor and I was able to move into that room immediately. The room has been newly renovated and equipped with new floors. There was a kettle in the room, which I found very practical. I also appreciated the coffee sticks and the tea bags. There was a free bottle of water in the room.
