Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. The interior of the rooms is a little bit outdated but wasn’t too important anyways

The staff was very rude, no niceties at all. Very formal and it felt they didn’t care whether we were there or not, the breakfast was over priced for what you received. No drawer space in the rooms, no iron or ironing board.
Clean and great location to downtown Schweinfurt where my daughter was born. Our purpose here was to show her the hospital and our old neighborhood.

We didn't care for the beds (they were a bit hard) and was told upon checkout that mattress toppers are available. This information would have been good to know sooner. Breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced in my opinion but seems on par with other places we stayed.
Very conveniently located; just outside the city but close enough to walk to it over the bridge. Enjoyed watching ships pass in the river so very glad we opted for the view.

The breakfast was okay, but a bit overpriced for what you get; On the booking app, it mentions you can opt-in for breakfast for only 18 euros per person and you can pay it there. So I've the breakfast on the first day and just registered at the restaurant door and we were surprised that it's for 23.5 euros for each person while doing the checkout. Also during the checkout time, there was only one employee on the reception desk so I have to wait for longer while doing the checkout.
The room was nice and big and the bed was comfy despite the kinda old furniture. There was also a nice bar down stairs where you can have a drink at late night. The parking garage is clean and safe for the cars and we got it for free as a kind gesture from the hotel.

A good night's rest is very important to me, so I always seek hotels with good beds, pillows and soundproofing. Soundproof....? Not really. Bed was great, pillow way to high (maybe I just have a short neck😉) The receptionist explained they are new, but brought another kind of pillow to the room. I ended up sleeping on the couch pillow. The bathroom is small, without the luxury bottles of soup you usually find. The container of soup at bathtub was empty. No smaller hand towels/face cloth. Best is bring your own if you want those little luxuries. Not much choice on the menu. The food was nice enough but way over priced though.
Reception was very friendly. Actually, so were all the staff.

Nothing I didn’t like, we have stayed here a couple of times now as a halfway stop to our destination and we love it
The employees are very friendly! The restaurant was much better than I was expecting with very large portions and delicious cocktails. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and our room had a lovely view.

It's time to upgrade the TV sets and the cable programming. Also, make sure that the HDMI connection is accessible to the guests.
