We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandDid you notice they don’t offer the option to purchase breakfast when booking? That’s probably because it’s badly overpriced - if you knew the price beforehand, you’d likely choose a different place. In the room: no kettle, no tea or coffee, no minibar, no fridge. I know it was a budget stay, but is this really a 4-star hotel?

United StatesThey have what looks like a very nice pool/sauna area - but it has very stupid hours, so we couldn't visit. Room had a bad smell when we arrived; we opened the windows and it cleared out.
Clean and staff was friendly. Location is ok, not in the main area, but close to a lot of stores / restaurants. Plenty of (free) parking.

BelgiumBreakfast was OK, but the staff not very welcoming. Nobody asked whether I would like coffee, I had to go and ask for it specifically, which I find strange. It's a pity the room did not have a fridge and a kettle to boil water for tea.
We liked the room very much: it was spacious and comfy. We liked the hotel location: easy to find, not far away from the A4 highway.

GermanyBreakfast was mediocre - especially for 15 euros. And the restaurant was closed on Sunday so we had the go out for dinner.
The suite was a very nice size. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The bathroom was nice and big. The wellness centre and sauna were very nice (although I believe they’re closing from October 4th owing to energy costs). Everything was clean and the Wi-Fi was OK. Although the hotel is in an industrial estate, our room looked out onto fields, which was nice.

Germanyfor a 4 night's stay offering a cabinet bed is more than disappointing. as more as the bed was of poor quality. breakfast + eur 15,-. they have a pool and spa per day of use + eur 8-, for one towell + eur 10,- to get a key to store your clothes + eur 1,-. I understand the costs increase, but the expense bills do not. better not to offer what can't provided fairly.
