Boutique hotel, beautifully designed and kept

Good location, beautiful hotel and rooms (Terrace with Nice view) and most of all very friendly staff. I asked to change rooms because we wanted a terrace to sit outside after our baby girl sleeps. And we could change immediately with no problems. Amazing coffee at breakfast.

The scrambled egg seemed to be missing from the breakfast buffet. The room was very hot (29 degrees) with no aircon. But I have to add we first had a room with aircon, I asked to switch to a room with terrace myself and afterwards that one appeared to have no airco. Might be good to add it to all top floor rooms.

spacious, 2 bathrooms which was great for a family of 5. host was super responsive.

apartment doesn’t have a designated parking, which made it difficult to find a parking spot in the super narrow and limited street.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak but it’s an old building

A very beautiful boutique hotel with very friendly staff. The Italian breakfast staff were just amazing. Nice location. Close to nice restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately the beds weren’t friendly to our backs.

Standard fine except for lacking aircondition

Great location - 10 minutes walk to the Belgian quarter 20 mins to the old town. Staff were amazing and really helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and large - great showers too.

They were installing Aircon (but that's just doing improvements and did not bother us) and sometimes outside could be a little loud but with the windows closed you couldn't hear anything

Exceptually friendly staff, very nice rooms and above average pillows

The hotel is discrete and well decorated. There's a lift and 4 rooms per floor. The room was well decorated and had everything we needed. The location was great and breakfast was vegetarian and fine.

Staff were great. Initially we had a small room but for a small cost we were able to upgrade to a very decent sized room. It's worth going for the bigger room for a couple. The small rooms are fine for a single traveler. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked to order and many other choices. Luka and Thomas were very helpful and fun. Location was a little off the beaten track, but very walkable to everything you want to see and do.

A/C in all rooms would have been nice. We were in Cologne for a heat wave and were provided with a portable a/c. However, the venting of the a/c caused the window to have to be open, so the room did not get that cool. Other than that, everything was great.

Was an exceptional city hotel. I loved everything about this property!

This is the best place for children family in Köln. Smiley, very helpfull staff,delicous breakfast and comfortable room. Do u have children? Are u planning to visit Köln? You should stay here

The reception was more than welcoming! This hotel is run with passion and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
