The general impression is similar to that of a hostel, even though the room was roomy. And see the note on the kitchen. We didn't need it, but it was a bit confusing.

The location is excellent. The room was quite big, but the part with a kitchen was confusing as there was not even a spoon. And after reading other reviews, we were lucky as the room was quiet.

The location was excellent, close to the Cathedral and main attractions. Breakfast was not provided but there were plenty of eating places nearby.

Totally useless kitchen! All the cupboards were empty. No pans, plates, bowls, cutlery ... NOTHING. Two glasses and some salt - that was it. But there was a dishwasher 😅 When this is fixed, the flat will be 10/10.

Great location, right in the middle of the old town. Parking is a five minute walk away and costs €12. Comfortable spacious room with a balcony.

Room, although comfortable, was fitted very basic. The water pressure for basin and shower was somewhat disappointing. It took about 5 minutes before enough water was emitted to be able to take a shower.

No breakfast provided, however ample possibilities in close vicinity. Although room in 2nd storey was facing a busy tramline, with window closed no annoying noise entered. The host was very friendly.

The location was ok, although we had to park away from the hotel. Not too good when you’re not 20 anymore. The main square was setting up for a summer event and resembled a building site and restricted the view of the Cathedral

Although it's clean, the room is small and the bed is uncomfortable, and i couldn't sleep due to the noise coming from outside. It's not easy to locate.

Here is our experience and you can judge yourself: - I called the receptionist to ask for an early check-in before I booked, and he agreed. - I booked and we reached there to find the reception office closed before 2 PM! and no, they don't answer the phone either before that time, so you have to wait till 2 pm not to even check in but to be able to talk to anyone - I was calling before 2 pm just to ask if we can check in early even with extra money (by this point I lost hope that he sticks to his promise of early check-in), with no answer - We were roaming in the city waiting for the reception office to open or answer the calls. Surprisingly the guy called me at 2 pm and said literally: "You have called 200 hundred times, what do you want?" with an aggressive tone, I hung up out of disappointment, I was a full-time receptionist myself for one year, and we would never talk to any customer like this (even if he/she was on the blacklist) - Eventually, we went to the reception office around 2:15 and took the room's key then it was smooth from there

The location is amazing, close to the heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable.
