There was only one and small swimming pool.

The breakfast was very good. I was ordering for the omelette with onion and it was excellent made as asked. I also liked the arrangements of the breakfast area all the containers they used for the buffet breakfast awesome. Thank u very much for the upgrade. The best thing was pool was 24*7 and location was awesome.

No water is given in the rooms. For Asian travellers water is a must and this is not available in the rooms either for drinking or for the kettle

The balcony area attached to the room was not cleaned, so we could not sit out. Also the ventilation in room was poor aa the windows are quite old and since our room was towards the street it was noisy to keep windows open. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, which was already mentioned in the booking.

Location of the hotel and its private access area to the lake is awesome.

The area was wonderful. Lots of things to do inside the hotel and around the area. The hotel itself is outdated for the price. The area around the hotel was wonderful. Dinner prices were a lot compared to other restaurants in the area. Disappointed we had to pay for parking.

Probably personal preference but for me the heating in the hotel was a bit too high. And the builders across the street makes a lot of noise so couldn’t sit on the balcony

The reservation said a single queen size bed, but it was instead 2 twin beds pushed together... and if you rolled over into the crack in between them at night, the beds would slide apart, and you'd sink to the floor. There was also a fold up twin bed in the room that I neither asked for, nor was in the description when I reserved the room and it made the area next to the balcony sort of awkward to maneuver around.

Obviously, as the other reviews said, the breakfast was pretty amazing. The location could not be any better - perfect for summer or winter. The (indoor heated) pool and spa were very nice. The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious. I was very satisfied with the pice-->value.

Lifts to upper floors very slow with frustrating waits for lift to arrive.

Superb buffet breakfast in a large, pleasant dining room. Excellent room with lake view and balcony. Friendly and helpful staff. Real log fire every evening during our December stay with very enjoyable evening entertainment featuring a female artist playing piano and singing popular songs.

No facility in room to make hot drinks. Borrowed used book from lounge area to read at pool and was instructed to bring it back before checkout and logged onto room account. Restaurant menu was poor so ate elsewhere. Spa area needs a lot of TLC - no changing facilities, no towels or robes. No USB ports in rooms.

Location handy for lake swimming and bike hire.
