Lift capacity, we spent a long time waiting. Better guidance before we arrived on where and how to park our car would have saved us a long walk.

As an elderly traveller climbing in and out of a slippery bathtub for a shower is not fun. Having sturdy hand holds would help.

Exceptional staff and facilities. Breakfast the most extensive I have seen in many years of travelling. Only a 10/15 minute stroll alongside the river Elbe to the Semperopera ,museums and art galleries of the old town. An amazing hotel and worth every penny.

The location was good, quite, the family room was large, with a king bed in one room with on suite, the hide a bed worked well for our grandson, the 2nd bathroom was wonderful

The parking is quite expensive (24EUR per day). Pillows were super soft and uncomfortable for me. We had a bit of unstable temperature of the water in the shower. Not a big deal but those are the points to improve.

It's a luxurious hotel and this is the impression that you get from the moment you enter the premises. The room was very spacious, we had a nice view towards Elbe river and we've got a cot as requested before. The breakfast was very very good with many different options, staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is fantastic, on the edge of the old town, just great.

Large twin room only 5 mins walk to the Opera House, with the old town a further few mins on. While carpeted, the room is very clean and provides a reward for not changing towels daily. Would stay again.

The AC wasn't turned down enough. It was too warm for me. Staff let me use a fan which helped.

Improvement would be separate towels provided at the swimming pool rather than having to use rooms bath towels.

It's a lovely hotel with ample parking available. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff very helpful, small issue with the room when we arrived which was rectified quickly and with a smile. Swimming pool was great and fun for the kids. It was a short walk into the beautiful central of Dresden. If I was in town again I'd definitely consider stating here again.

They could give people more towels. Our room had no hangers at the entrance area.

The pool is pristine and wasn't very busy. The hotel is right outside of the center, walking distance to Zwigner. Breakfast buffet has all the stuff you expect, plus an omelette station and a carrot-ginger juicer. All well organized.

Staff a bit cold, especially at reception. Not much tourist information available. No written information about pool & other facilities - we old people don't like to have to rely on email messages or QR codes.

The range of the breakfast was excellent, despite the absence of bacon.

They did not top up our coffee in the room and water. Was left with what was given on first day. Usually when room is cleaned these are renewed in different hotels

There wasn’t really anything. We didn’t dine in the restaurant in the evening so cannot comment. The pool can get quite crowded.

Really good location, within easy walking distance to the old town and the sights. Excellent breakfast with all you could wish for. Our room had a view to the Elbe which was lovely. Our comfortable room was really spacious with plenty of storage space. We would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend. Competitive parking price as we received a small discount for our 4 night stay.

A busy times a third lift is required, especially due to one being out of order.

Restaurant menu was small but it covered everything from veggie/vegan to fish and meat. They were very good with dietary requirements. Quality of the food was very good. Breakfast had something for everyone and also v good.
