I like the location and cleaniness of an apartment, nice refurbishment and huge windows. It is located in a nice place where you can watch sunsets. It's tranquill and plesant.

1) Had to pay city tax 5 Euro ( not previously mentioned) 2) About their Bella Riva Italian Restaurant: - A 200gr Steak paid 27 Euro arrived well-done rather than medium-raw as requested to the Kellnerin. - Noted pizza with pineapple in Menu (Pizza Hawaii..) There's no such a pizza existing in Italia. Please have it removed from the Menu..

Not enough information on booking.com re the different rooms and whether they are with or without lake views. This lead to unfortunate misunderstandings at check in.

The location between two lakes is perfect with superb access directly onto cycle and walking paths.

There was only limited capacity in the SPA, and you must register to visit it. We tried to register in the morning for the evening and it was not possible. A bummer considering that we could stay for 2 nights only. The TV was outdated and did not have streaming apps installed. We had an apartment to the street and it was quite noisy in the morning. The beds make a loud sound when you move.

The apartment is new, modern, genuinely nice and in an excellent location directly at Müritz lake. You can walk to the city center in a few minutes or start wonderful countryside trips around Müritz from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing time.

It was HOT in the room. The weather was uncommonly warm for German spring, but nothing we did would help cool the room down. We were on the highest floor, and even with the doors fully open (save the shutters for insects) we could not get airflow around the apartment. There was no fan provided in the closet, nor could the reception provide one. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Some staff were slightly rude. For this price point I would expect a wider breakfast buffet and staff attitude to be fantastic.

Location is fantastic with great views out over the lake. Really easy to drive or walk into Waren. Very accessible. Beds were comfy, apartment was a good side and was very, very clean.

Our flat (maisonette) was not very clean upon arrival with stain on the sofa and dirt in the living room carpet. There was no “cleaning service” scheduled every day during our stay as one could expect from a typical hotel. This was probably due to the flat that the accommodations are flats and privately owned. The flat was not super well equipped, missing a microwave, a cloth rack to dry swimming clothes after the pool, AC. It got really warm during the day. The reception team was very nice but sometimes hard to reach via phone.

The location of the property is really great and within 20min from Waren. The onsite restaurant offers good pizza and homemade limonade with a stunning view on the lake. The swimming pool is splendid and very comfortable, also with small babies. It is not super warm for babies (26 degres) but totally ok for 10/15 min.

No Free facilities. For all the activities we had to pay, like swimming, sauna. No bikes from Hotel. No Fans in room. No coffee/tea pouches in the room. Overpriced.

I like the apartment overall. Staff was good. Location was good (but there were extra charge for lake view).
