The shower drain emitted a very strong odor that spread throughout the entire apartment.

The property offered great value for money. It's connected with the local public transportation and is also very walkable. We liked the proximity of the mall, where you had the opportunity to buy food or groceries.

The ceiling vent in the room could use some cleaning, as the rails were a bit dusty.

We stayed for one night. The room was a bit small for a family of four, but the beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly fine for a short stay.

The location, while convenient, is in a pretty quiet area. Not much going on, not much to do.

The room is okay (although not spacious), the breakfast is wonderful and the staff are nice.

Has no parking, will rent you a spot in a building 5 minutes away. The rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need. At first we thought it was super nice and clean but we came with our dog that found immediately (in the first 5 minutes that we were inside the room) an old used earbud under the bed (kinda disgusting) The hallway was also pretty dusty and the carpets weren’t vacuumed in a while (or someone really dusty and crumbly passed before us).

Half renovated rooms make it feel really modern and cool. The staff is really friendly. Very good location close to many restaurants and stores.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We liked playing darts which was free. The bar area is a nice place to relax. Easy walk from the station. About 20 minutes. Supermarket nearby in the shopping centre. Next to a busy road but it wasn't too noisy. Shower gel and soap provided. We were also given water on arrival

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a great location. I could get to many places easily. The room is really clean and comfortable. The windows provide great noise isolation. I liked how you can rent bicycles to see the city. Breakfast was delicious too.

The reception team are very accomodating and pleasing, with the special mention of Rafa,Vlad, Hannifa and Rama. They are all very friendly and attentive😊👍the room is quite small but clean, beds are comfortable.Good and safe location ,short walking distance from a big shopping mall Easy connection with the wifi. I highly recommend the hotel 👍

Absence of any housekeeping during a 3 night stay. I was sharing a room with my 2 daughters. Just 2 coffee sachets and 1 green tea bag in the room, with no replenishments during the stay at all, the dirty cups and glasses were not replaced either, bins not emptied, and rather worse - we had to manage with just 1.5 toilet rolls for 3 women (one menstruating) for 3 nights... The quadruple room was also pretty cramped for 3 people.

The train tracks are next to it, so if you keep the windows open it will be noisy but with the windows closed you won't hear a thing.

The staff was super friendly, even though the hotel was fully booked accommodate us on the same floor, they were understanding and also extremely friendly. The hotel itself is very central to the City and has a big shopping mall nearby.
