Nice place to be in the best district of Berlin Friedrichshain. A well-furnished and very clean apartment. Everything you need is well thought out. Cleaning products, detergents and coffee! Friedrichshain offers many opportunities for nice evenings with good food. And well connected to public transport. You can reach all sights easily and quickly. We highly recommend the Luxoise Apartments. We will definitely come back!

The doors to the apartments are REALLY thin, so everytime someone walks by in the stairway it sounds as or it were in your apartment.

The walls are a little thin and some of the other guests arrived back quite late (and loudly), but I don't think this is a fault of the property.

This apartment really took my breath away. I had high expectations and they were somehow exceeded. Whoever owns or manages this property has thought of just about everything to make families (or groups) comfortable, and much to my delight and relief, our apartment was very, very baby-proof. My toddler could roam about safely without us needing to worry about hurting himself. The amenities were great, the location is top-notch, and I have never seen a cleaner apartment. I would very happily stay here again!

Unfortunately the accomodation has been ghosting me ever since my stay, they ignored 4 of my emails for a request to issue an invoice with my company's address. Completely fine if not doable but ignoring emails is not.

Several reviews have already described the payment of the apartment, which is via some separate emails and not so straightforward, but we were called to confirm how to pay and it all worked out fine. We had a 1st floor apartment which was looking out on a courtyard, it was quite dark inside and the furniture a bit old-fashioned. The apartment could use a few more cosy lights and some lighter furniture and furnishings. We did not cook or eat breakfast in the apartement as we wanted to be outside in the light (we were there end of April/begin of May and had excellent weather), and there are many nice places around. Next time, we will try and book one of the apartments on the higher floors, which should have more light.

Location is excellent, with many cafés en restaurants in the neighbourhood. The apartment had all the facilities we could think of, including a good coffee/espresso machine with coffee beans. The bed in the bedroom was good. It was quiet at night. Because of the excellent location and good facilities in the apartment we would gladly book again.

The description indictates that there is an elevator but it only provides access to some of the units. Our apt was on the 4th floor which was a bit of a hike after a day of touring. If you need an elevator be sure to stipulate that.

The location was excellent We loved the Friedrichshain neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants parks and people It was easy access to the subway and a great base to see the city.

This is so far the spacious apartment we went to. It is so comfortable and great. Location wise is good just 5 mins walk to the Metro and tram is just next door. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets too. Highly recommended and certainly value for money.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The linens were of a very high standard and all of the equipment in the kitchen was very good. Very comfortable beds and furniture was of very good quality. the staff were very helpful when we didn't know how to use the coffee machine. We hadn't read the instructions on how to use the heating system and David showed us how, our fault entirely! It was lovely that there was tea and excellent coffee freely available in the apartment. Convenient for train to the airport and lots of good cafés and restaurants close by.

Nothing too serious, but it was a little tricky to figure out to how to use the heating system at first.

The location is quite nice and it has quite a few restaurants and bars while being next to a cute central park. Will definitely stay here again.

The whole process is extremely well organised. The property is clean and the apartments are very spacey, well designed and decorated. It is a high quality apartment in an awesome district of Berlin.
