Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SlovakiaI can't describe how dirty it was. The toilet was not clean. the toilet paper was complete of dirt. And just because i arrived late at night, finally I decided to accept the situation for one night to stay , And I slept that night. At midnight, I heard a sound around. I turned on the lamp and saw a MOUSE in the room. unbelievable! the mouse ran in front of eye. at midnight, I left the hotel and I moved to another hotel. even when I wanted to leave the hotel. near the exit door, but inside the hotel , i saw another dead mouse too. At least about that dead mouse, i could take a photo. and it's attached here. Omg, I can never forget that damn night. I believe the license for this hotel should be stopped working.

The hotel is located directly at the ludwigshafen mundenheim train station and you can reach mannheim hauptbahnhof sometimes within 10 minutes and sometimes within 30mins or longer depending on the time of departure and the public transport available. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable with enough light coming in, however it is not so clean. The common toilet and the kitchen toilet are not clean and they are very old. The fridge leaks water at the bottom. The hotel is managed by an old guy who is nice but not sure if he understands much what is going on. I would definitely not stay here again.

It exceeds the expectations. Although the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, the room is quite private and we were unable to hear any train noise. They also have a kitchen that is always open and well equipped.

GermanyOkay for the price, but don't expect luxury. It can become a bit noisy at night, cleanliness is average and the direct neighbourhood is also not that attractive. However, you get exactly what you book.
Good if you just need a private place to stay in the area Ludwigshafen/Mannheim/Heidelberg. They even have a 'real' reception, not just a key box or something like that. The commuter train stop next to the hotel (in fact it is the old station building) allows you to come to other places easily, Mannheim main station for example is only 3 stops away.
