-Even though room was available, we were asked to pay 50EUR to access room before 3pm. We chose not to pay it. -Room was for 2 adults and 1 child. One big bed available and sofa. Had to ask for sheets and pillows to sleep on sofa (positive note - these were brought to us within minutes).

- breakfast was exceptional with hot and cold items. Eggs/Omlettes/Bacon could be cooked to your liking upon request to waiting staff. Coffee machine was great and tea station with different flavoured teas. -waiting staff were very helpful and attentive. -reception staff upon check-in and check-out were amazing. -could store luggage. -supermarket right around the corner. - king deluxe room had Frankfurt's skyline view. -room was huge with plenty of windows, that open all the way. - bathroom had a huge bath tub as well as a shower.

One window could not be opened. No coffee machine, only a water boiler in the kitchenette. Bar was not open.

Not much to complain about really. Some of the room furrniture was a bit dated (eg no coffee machine)

Room had a weird smell, as if someone had smoked in it. The lifts broke down in the day of checkout so we had to do a total of 26 floors by the stairs! Minor point finally, the wooden floors in the room were full of scratches around the bedside tables, a bit unbecoming of a 4-star hotel.

The building is quite unique, breakfast was of good quality, room was very spacious and had great skyline views over Frankfurt. Staff were very nice and professional. Beds were very comfortable and facilities, like spa and pool, were very complete and not busy at all.

the AC could have worked way better during our stay the outside temperature was 30-34 degrees. The breakfast was very good but way too expensive.

Location was amazing and right in the center of the city, the staff was very helpful with everything and very friendly.

The swimming pool is on the street, people who walk past the building can just see you swim. Not all of the saunas would work every day.

The room furniture was a bit old with some dust, which was not a big deal, though.

The room was spacious, the location was good to access to the old city and the river, and the staff was kind.

In general service is not great. Spa is not occupied, towels not replenished, receptionists are not suited for this type of hotel (language, reactivity)

The Location and the Skyline views are spectacular. The Spa is great to have.

We stayed in a room with a kitchenette, including a sink, 2 ring hob and microwave, although there were plates and crockery there was no pans, cooking utensils, chopping board or washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel that are usually provided in these types of rooms. The staff did bring a pan and big spoon. It would be great if it could have been better equipped. We would love to stay again, but would really appreciate a better equipped kitchen Also the carpark associated with the hotel is double the cost of one next to the Rewe supermarket about 100m away.

The rooms were good size, clean and comfortable, the staff were pleasant and the bar was great. The gym was lovely and used regularly. It was also a short 20min walk from the Christmas market and town.

A very large room. Excellent breakfast. Adjacent underground parking. Good spa. Excellent hotel restaurant. 20 minutes walk from the tourist.
