The parking lot appeared to be a bit out of the way beside some closed shops. The hotel said it was OK and it was. The room was very hot and they could not provide a fan.

Check in was straightforward, the room was nice, although rather hot. Our dog was permitted. There was a nice restaurant next door.

Their charging policies are odd. The room payment is paid in advance by arrival but they refused to give me an invoice for my payment (and i paid cash), the invoice you only get at check out and i had to ask for it, it wasn't just provided.. why not give a person an invoice for their payment?

One of the ladies at the reception was not polite enough - she misled me saying that there are no free rooms when I was asking to prolong my stay with one more week, while I made a booking via Booking.com 2 hours later.

-Walls are paperthin, you can hear every word they speak in the neighboring room -Very dusty carpet/curtains: kept me coughing all night - very old, uncomfortable mattress, painful waking up -due to the traffic and problems with our car, we expected to be late, and were offered no help in case we arrive after 10pm, so I assume there’s no receptionist at all at night -Wi-Fi signal very weak, unusable

Even if the site is just next to the autobahn, the drive from there is complicated. Would not have managed it without automated navigation. The parking lot is shared with the mini-mall and the night I was there a car burned in the parking lot. Not sure if someone did it or if it was just an accident.

Pretty standard roadside hotel, in good and bad. Room was ok, breakfast was ok. It's next to a sort of mini-mall, so if you need to buy something, you can get it.

We have ordered room with 2 beds separated (for extra charge) but the room had just big one. Hotel was full no chance to change it. Well, next time I have to study carefully the confirmation.

When I red the evaluation on Booking I was a bit afraid of cleans but everything was fine. Hotel is close to Leipziger Messe.

There were some problem with reservation and no one was answering at the phone to discuss about check-in hour and abother problem was the fact that in the room was only one blanket and one pillow

the outside common kitchen is good however there should st least be Wasserkocher in the room because it is a bit inconvenient to go outside early in the morning especially if it is cold, need a thick robe and wear shoes just to prepare coffee.

There was nothing fancy about the hotel room, it was just a simple one near the highway.

I did not have a breakfast reservation. It is a good place to sleep after a long drive. The hotel staff was very kind. There is a car park below the hotel.

I called and booked this hotel specifically that I want to check out at 2 pm and I am arriving around 9pm. When she said okay thats when I booked the room. I confirmed when I arrived also . The next morning a middle aged women cam and knocked the door at 12. Sharp and ask me to leave . I told her very politely that I have already talked to receptionists she refused to listen to me said I am the chef here and I ask you to leave . I insisted that why did your employee first agreed upon she said again I am saying you cant stay after 12 please leave the room in 10 mins. There are next reservations although the hotel is 4 floors and almost empty. The problem here is she could have told this politely and ask her employee as its her mistake not mine . She gave the wrong info. Despite of owning that she showed her bossy attitude . I am sorry I don’t work for you I was paying you for my stay. Be respectful.

The property was average . I had to ask for new pillows as when I arrived it was dirty.

The room was poorly furbished, the shower curtain didnt help at all and the bathroom was full of water nonetheless. The doors are in desperate need of a renovation and the breakfast was also bad.

The room wasn’t the cleanest. The garbage in the trash bin was left from the previous visitors, toilet paper wasn’t fully stoked, and the toilet itself wasn’t the cleanest. The WiFi was also quite slow.
