This property was amazing. The pictures are spot on, but barely do the view justice. What a fantastic location. Check in and out was seamless, thanks to Mikhail’s prompt attention.

Having to leave. Everything was amazing. Great town, great people.

It exceeded all my expectations plus more. It was very well equipped with everything you need. Heating is great. Great location, so close to everything, amazing views. Ibrahim met us at the bus stop and showed us to the apartment, he was so helpful and made us feel so welcome. In fact the whole team is so friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed. We will 100% stay here again.

The description on booking.com said it had a sauna in the apartment. It did not. The house had a sauna which you had to pay extra for. Booking.com should update their description.

Fantastic apartment for families. Plenty of space, extremely clean, all the amenities and pictures are exactly how it looks. Highly recommend.

Everything about the apartment and the building is amazing, penthouse apartments with spectacular view. Very relaxing place. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is fantastic very well prepared with everything you need. The apartment located in very nice place, close to downtown, supermarket, train and bus station. The company representative is very nice guy, immediately respond to any questions and keening to help.

Patio furniture is beginning to show some wear and tear. This is a minor issue but one that will need addressed in the near future

Views are amazing. Easy access to town and the surrounding area. Parking garage is excellent and the elevator makes moving luggage very easy. Washer/dryer is a game changer. Close to restaurants, grocery store and shopping. Staff is very friendly and helpful, they also speak English which is helpful.

I thank Mr. Mikael for the good treatment, as he was with me in communication, and he waited for me outside and showed me the way. He was helpful, welcoming and smiling. I felt as if I had met him before. The apartment was exceptional, beautiful, its furniture was new, the beds were comfortable, and there is a sitting outside also beautiful. It was a rainy day. I loved the place and will come back again. .

I can’t possibly think of anything negative to say. There may be cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for. If you want an incredible experience, then you will not be disappointed. We had a family of 6- 4 teenagers, and this was the highlight of their trip. No negatives.

This is an incredible place. As someone who has lived in Garmisch and visited many times, this place cannot be beat. Amazing views and high quality facility, there is no better accommodation in Garmisch. The location is perfect and the views are incredible. Best of all is the host Mikail, who responded within minutes on any question or request we had. This was the highlight of our amazing two week Germany/Austria trip. Do not hesitate to book this place.

it is conveniently located near the train station and the bus stops as well as walking distance to the many restaurants and the town center. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is big and clean. We even had a full view of Zugspitz from our living room and the balcony. There is a moun10 bakery next to the apartment which provides a good place for breakfast and snack.

The only thing I would suggest to have a knife sharpener as the knjfes were not sharp enough and it could injure people when using them if they're not careful. Otherwise, the whole stay was fantastic. 10/10

The whole experience was excellent. From the worm welcoming we had from Mikail who was by the way extremely helpful and friendly, to the warm clean apartment, the fabulous mountains view from the balcony and more. The apartment was equipment with all the necessary items

The views are absolutely amazing. The apartment is centrally located next to the train station and close to restaurants/grocery stores and a 10 minute walk to the central shopping area. Parking was available in an underground garage with an elevator. The staff was amazing and gave easy instructions for check-in and check-out. I will definately stay again.

There's not much we didn't like. We were aware that there was construction going on which impacted how we drove into the apartment each day - No biggy. My partner wasn't a fan of not having a top sheet and only having a duvet but I found it very comfortable:)

Everything! The panoramic views of the mountains were amazing, the living area, bedrooms were very comfortable and modern. Loved the heated floors (a luxury we don't have in Australia!). It was by far our favourite place to stay in Europe. Highly recommend.
