Unfortunately, parking reservations are not possible, which is rather inconvenient for a property of this type. There is a paid parking lot in front of the hotel, but the rates are hourly, and the only payment machine (cash only!) provides instructions in German only.

Strategic location: the city center is easily accessible by tram. The room was clean and quiet. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel because it was too expensive, but there’s an excellent café next door offering a wide variety of sweet and savory options.

Sadly our room stank from sewage or similar, overall the entire hotel was a bit smelt; Some staff seemed overwhelmed, we had a room where the toilet was separate from the bathroom but did not have a sink, the main bathroom was way too small for the size of the room

Beyond the excellent service, the accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and well-located — ideal for exploring Freiburg and its surroundings. Room facilities like electric kettle for hot water, coffee /tea arrangement would have been really nice. I had to go to the bar to fetch hot water for coffee.

Location of the hotel is nice close to supermarket public transport and takeaway food joints. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

The outdoor parking spaces are fine but away from the entrance. Arrival and departure can be fraught if lots of people are using the hotel forecourt at the same time.

Nothing, all was perfect, will stay there next time I'm in Freiburg

- Great location, easy access to Freiburg city centre by tram or bus ('15 min) - Very clean room - Excellent breakfast (many options, good selection of food) - Friendly reception personeel, fast check in and check out - Late check out time (by 12:00) - Convenient parking - New hotel, everything is fresh and tidy (and well taken care of)

The hotel has limited parking spaces available, so if there aren't any available you basically go on a quest to find a spot, the Aldi next door has spaces but you can park there for a limited time. There is a parking garage but even there it's limited parking. So basically if you're coming by car, keep your fingers crossed for a spot or prepare for a quest like in LotR.

Hotel is simple, clean, staff is fine as well.

I didn’t have a pleasant check in experience but over all everything was great. Don’t wanna go in to much detail about it I was just passing through and staying for 1 night.

Iritaiting night lichts go on if you move in the room. Receptionist could not help me with some basic questions: Are any shops open etc.
