The problem turned out to be with the parking lot, you have to book a place in advance, we were forced to park along the road and pay twice as much. The bathtub was very dirty.

The beds are comfortable, there is a lot of space, we were with a child and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Everything is good.

I could only say, that the place is a little dated and could use some modern updates or renovation.

Very nice service and a friendly person at the reception. Our holiday went very well. The breakfast was excellent and very filling — it kept me full until dinner:) We enjoy walking, and for us this hotel was within walking distance of the main train station, which has a direct connection to the airport.

Lack of air con in room but that was clear at the time of booking.

Lovely independent hotel in a quiet side street just a few minutes walk from a U-bahn station. Easy and quick journey to get to the city centre. Room was comfortable and bigger than average. Clean and quiet. Good daily housekeeping. No air con in room, so it could get hot in summer although windows and balcony door can be opened and the immediate area is not noisy. There is a standard fan in the room. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. The neighbourhood felt quite safe.

Declared double bed was actually two beds near each other. The other thing was we couldn't get to the hotel parking as the hotel is in Umweltzone, and we hadn't a permission, I would very appreciate if that was mentioned somewhere

It was a tight fit but that's normal considering there were three of us. The breakfast was also a bit too pricey considering the cost of the room.

I arrived very early in the morning (at the opening at 7am) as I took a night train, and they immediately gave me a room (while normally I'd have to wait till noon). The staff was very friendly too :) great service! Also, with the hot weather, it really was great to have a fan in the room! Life-saver!

Not much storage in room - no drawers and only short hanging space for shirts and jackets not dresses or longer items.

Onsite parking was a big boon and why we selected this hotel. Beds were really comfy. Bathrooms well appointed with excellent plumbing and phenomenal water pressure in the shower. Lovely staff!

More of a size and weight thing, the bed was a little soft and some level of yoga;) was required to take a shower without hitting the valve, but not all rooms are the same.

Superb staff. Parking. Very clean property inside and out. Close to public transportation.
