The hotel lobbies and rooms could probably do with a bit of refurbishment, but the price we paid is reflective of this

This is a prominent building in this neighbourhood. The ground floor facilities and sports bar were good as was the restaurant on the first floor. The parking was good and convenient.

Many of the facilities, bars and restaurants, seemed to be closed most of the time.

The hotel and rooms are clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

We only stayed the weekend and didn’t explore the hotels facilities much but our room was clean, beds a bit too small if two people sleep in it but we made it work

everything was fine, except that we spent more than 30 minutes waiting in line to check in

Everything went quite well, but the staff doesn't read the correspondence or even the requests they send as a wish, such as "What type of bed would you prefer?" After our response, the staff asks these questions again during the registration process. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to respond to our request regarding the room, so my rating is "good" but not "excellent"!

Beds ( very soft ) and Balcony have no chairs. We hade view on sematory. We were with 3 persons and booked room for 3 persons ( 2 adults and child of 14 y) .First we get a 2 french beds put to each other . So we expected one 2 double bed and a sofabank or extra bed The clerk told us , all rooms have no extra beds. He gives us a room same as before but 2 french beds with space (closet) between. So slept not very well and beds were very soft. On the website shows rooms with extra bed but us provided. Parking car expensive 24 € a day.

The sportsbar in hotel is great and very good breakfast , all in supply. Highest floors have great view over the city if you are on the right side. Good bathroom. Parking garage

The air conditioning wasn't good in the triple rooms. I noticed this during my two stays at the hotel within two weeks.

The triple rooms were good in size, but the air conditioning wasn't very cold. The breakfast was excellent and varied, and the service was excellent. The beds were comfortable, but unfortunately the pillows weren't. The location is excellent. There's a supermarket very close to the hotel that's open until 10 pm. There's also a market at the gas station near the hotel, which I believe is open 24 hours.

I have left my ralph lauren hoodie in the wardrobe and it was the first time in Germany that it couldn't be returned( the administration couldn't find it. Please speak to your cleanings Staff.

Very dirty carpets in main alleyway, corridors and even rooms. Dirty terrace,which seems like it has not been cleaned and washed in months.

Full of life, very good food, location, friendly staff, nice gym and sauna, apple and detox water at reception, Hasan Sharafi at reception is the most professional person we interacted with at this hotel. Very efficient and customer friendly and very helpful. He should be given an employee of the year award,if there is any such reward.

A bit further out of the centre. Needed a 5-minute bus ride to get to the nearest underground station.

Everything. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The gym is clean and had new equipment. The breakfast was great. The rooms are quite spacious, and any room above the 10th floor has a superb view of the city skyline.

The shower did not drain properly. Caused a small flood on the floor. The staff did not seem to care too much. Probably a known issue.

The view towards the skyline was spectacular. The room very big.
