Not very suitable for travellers with a disability. No lift to the first floor of the premises. High step to get into the shower/bath. Room was a bit dark at night - no ceiling light, just a lamp on the floor and a couple of small wall-mounted lamps.

Shown as four star on Booking.com, and that is justified for the rooms. However, the hallways are a bit dated and would probably prevent a formal four star rating. However, the reception advised that the hotel no longer participates in the star rating system. The room was nice, clean and large. Two large double beds in the twin room. The little mini bar was useful for storing things for an in-room breakfast. Bathroom was a decent size. Indoor and outdoor pools, although we didn’t get a chance to use them. Nice and close to Düsseldorf airport, if you have any early flight the next morning. In house restaurant has a small selection for dinner but was tasty. Didn’t see other eating options in close proximity.

For 6 nights the cleaned my room only 2 times and the did'nt even change the bed , I asked and still yet.

The pools, breakfast but it's expensive luckily free for childrens under 12, gym, sauna, I loved many things

parking.. the hotel rents parking lots also like Park&Fly. If you book parking lot and pay for it in advance directly in hotel , it doesnt mean, that you will find free parking lot everytime. For example, we were hotel guests and we paid in advance parking lot for 4 days. Last night we didnt find free place for parking and we needed to park on the street approx. 15 min. by walk. Then receptionist gave us money back for paid parking place for 1 night, but it was unpleasant.

Close to airport <10min, nice restaurants 5 min away, there is a pool if you need to refresh and sauna if you need to warm up. The room is ok for a night.

Guests walking through the lobby / central areas in swimwear really offsets the positives. Some people are sensible enough to change clothes at the pool changing rooms, but not most of them.

Great bar, with fun staff. Good location and a high value for money. Having a pool in the hotel is added value as it allows for a cooldown.

Because it is right up to the highway you get a lot of noise from it. Yhis prevents you from opening a window at night. The aircon is also quite loud so it made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.

The sauna was very nice and it was quite easily reachable right from the highway. There was actual proper tea, not just 100000 infusions, at the breakfast buffet.

It is an airport hotel, but they do not provide a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They claim to offer a shuttle from the hotel to the airport for an additional charge, but in reality, it is difficult to book and only available during a very limited time slot
