The carpet in the room was the dirtiest I have ever seen, the lack of air conditioning can be a serious problem if it's to warm outside.

Outdated hotel in 90's style At every turn you can see that its glory days are gone a long time ago: scratches and stains everywhere. The rooms are small and terribly stuffy. If window is open the constant traffic is heard. In fact, you could turn a blind eye to all this if you could also dull your sense of smell because unfortunately everywhere in the building smells very strange....

The fact that a customer has to pay for overnight parking in a big outdoor parking lot behind the place at an obvious Autobahn motel, felt like a rip off. Our room was literally over the power room or boiler heater room because it was really hot without any room heaters on. Can't imagine on a hot summer night. We went around mid-spring and had to sleep with the window wide open with the curtains pulled closed behind the open window to stay dark for sleeping. Our room's only window was overlooking the parking lot, so to keep it open all night made the overnight stay a little loud and dusty. Hallways and bathroom could be cleaner.

Easy to find, right off the Autobahn. Breakfast was fine, you get all the usual German cold breakfast items. Located close to a grocery store and little Imbiss quick pizza places for quick bite short walk away.

We had to sleep with the windows open at the first floor as there was no aircondition and 25+ degrees. Really hard to be inside as it was hotter than outside.

Other comments about the place being a bit old and worn are true, but considering the price it is good if you want a good night sleep after a long drive. The noise isolation between the rooms is not the best, you can hear if your neighbours watching a movie or similar.. but after a 12-hour-drive I didn't care much :) After all I got what I have expected.

Place is close to the highway, so great for a stop during a road trip, has enough parking spots too. Room looked as on the pictures, size was good for 2 people, bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and towels were also clean. The lady at the reception was nice, she only spoke German though.

Staff were very friendly and professional and the breakfast very good. The room was comfortable and clean but would benefit from air conditioning. This is our second stay now and we will be back!!

When I arrived, very unpolite lady by reception told me, that they have no room ready for me and I must go to look for other hotel. I showed her, that I have confirmed reservetion. Nothing help to me and the lady was very, very unpolite and non-co-operative. I told her, that I want my money back, because there was no possibility to cancel reservation. THE MOST HORIBLE experience in my travelling live.

The extra bed in the room was extremely noisy so everytime the person turned the others were woken up. The hotel from the inside and outside are falling apart, old and not taken care of. The price of the room and quality of the room don't match. There were bugs in the bathroom ceiling. No AC in the room.
