The pet fee was unreasonably high at €50 per stay, and nothing was provided for dogs (no bowls, mats, etc.). Parking was also overpriced at €27 per day, which is almost double the nearby public parking (€15 for 24 hours).

The location was great and the facilities were convenient. However, the breakfast area was overcrowded and stressful even though the variety was good. dogs were allowed to join breakfast, which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately My room was separated from another by just a door, and unfortunately a very noisy family stayed there for some days, shouting until late at night and disturbing my rest

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel itself had a relaxing feel. The bed was large and comfy. The staff were professional. The breakfast buffet was generous and good. The price was quite reasonable.

Air conditioning in the lobby/reception was a perfect temperature. The living walls were lovely, the pool perfect for hot days. The staff were excellent. Room Service was very nice.

We didnt realise the room had room service because information about the room (and room service) was hidden on a small pyramid 'thing' hidden away at the back of the desk in the room, that we didnt spot until last day, when we checked with reception. Apparently you had to use the PDF code on the pyramid to access room details. We’re very IT literate but think this is poor customer service that assumes customers have a cell phone with them.

The breakfast is excellent. Time for the breakfast is excellent too. I love the breakfast and the service is perfect. The room is very clean. They will clean the room no matter what time you leave the room. The location is excellent for touring around the town centre. On one morning, the water was shut down because there was an issue in the lobby. I missed my breakfast because I couldn't take a shower to go out. About 11:15am the water was back on. I met the General Manager in the lobby and talked about me missing the breakfast. He immediately offered me a free lunch at the Sport Bar. I was so impressed and satisfied with their service and generosity.

Leipzig is amazing! I now understand why it's referred to as "the Little Berlin." There's loads of history to explore, several great museums, and the historic town center is so very walkable! The transit system definitely rivals Berlin and is so easy to use ... especially if you use the Fairtiq app. And by all means, don't miss the Bayerischer Bahnhof brewery/restaurant on the southern edge of a town!
